Pritchett Tire - Banks Crossing

While traveling from NC to GA yesterday I hit a pot hole in SC the tow truck driver hooked my car up wrong and bent my tie rod. I didn’t know this till they put the new tires on and he was already gone. 365.00 later I was back on the road. As I crossed into GA getting close to commerce the brand new tire on the front blew out. Out of funds to do another tow and fix my tie rod as well as put a new tire on I was S.O.L. I was able to limp my way up to Pritchett tire and auto. I was meet with courtesy and a great deal of understanding of what I was going through. All the guys were super cool and fixed what needed to be fixed to get me on the road safely. Honestly would make the drive from NC to Commerce GA for my next set of tires souly based on the service I received. I can’t give enough stars on this review. Thank you Pritchett Tire and Auto.

Good place for tires and oil change. The people here are nice and helpful. Sometimes there is a long wait so if you are in a hurry you may want to call ahead. There is a waiting room inside and a front porch area to use if the weather is nice. They take credit cards, debit cards and cash. Nice and friendly dog.

I was traveling from GA to SC with my newborn and got a flat tire. They are run flats so I don’t have a spare. My baby was hungry and crying. It was 4:30pm and they closed at 5pm. They don’t keep run flats in stock but said they would order a regular tire that would be in the next day. So, I needed to get a hotel.
I was overwhelmed and exhausted (did I mention I have a newborn!? ;) and trying to figure out what to do. The sweet lady in the front offered to help with my baby and certainly helped keep me calm in this unexpected and stressful situation. And then the young man came running back inside because they found a used tire that is the perfect size. They had gone through all the used tires they had just to help me and found one that fit!

Amazing customer service and service with a smile - doesn’t get any better than that!

I’m 8hrs away from home and these guys are no joke, needed two front tires and they had them ordered and the next day they were installed early that morning!!! No issues at all. I highly recommend this place!!!

Fast friendly service. And honest too. I thought I needed brake pads, but they checked my car and said it wasn't time yet. Any other mechanic would have just put them on anyway, so they could charge me. They will definitely get my repeat business.

Service there was great. They said to expect long waits due to lack of help from the covid issue we are facing but still they got right to the job. they found some issues I needed to fix and didn't charge me for the time that they had invested. I was very pleased by there performance and will be returning and would recommend everyone else go as well if they Can do what you need.
