To be fair ... received my order from Peststrong. All good. 2 items I got don't really go bad, but just in case, I called manufacturer. One of the bottles was made in 2020, so fresh, and another manufacturer has yet to call me, but both liquids very well packaged and look to be legit.

I was ready to order but I have no paypal, wire transfers cost $45 from my bank, as to checks (or cheques) i don't have any. Looks like this company does not use credit cards. It sounded suspiscious and I looked up the reviews and most people had trouble here. I give 5 stars to google who offers the reviews and may have saved me a lot of aggravation at my old age. Thank you.

Pestrong has great customer service and is very knowledgeable regarding products and use. Ordered online and had the materials in 3 days.
Contacted Pestrong regarding other issues such as ants and termite bait stations and received great advice. Will definitely order from them again

I was a little concerned buying from Pestrong.com given all the negative reviews. Fortunately my experience was better. The ordered item was shipped promptly. My only complaint is the product was older stock being half-way through its manufacturer's recommended 5 year shelf-life. I'll just have to use it before end of shelf life.

I ordered Celsius WG with a manufacturer date 03/2020. This is not an expiration date people always mistaken. I am okay with it because the manufacturer warranties their product for 5 years from the date of manufacture. You can confirm this with the manufacturer on any product. With the price I paid that is lower than other online stores it's worth it. You want 2021 Celsius WG, pay $150. My shipping wasn't Amazon fast but still within my tolerance.

I ordered an item and after 11 days and one phone call, it still had not shipped. I called back and he said they were slow due to Covid. I asked for a refund and he did give me a refund thru PayPal immediately.

Ordered Fogmaster Jr on 5/11/20. Emailed company July 1, 2020 to ask about order status. Did not hear back. Called them today and they are back ordered on the Fogmaster since before the pandemic in March. I requested a refund on paypal today; hopefully it goes through.

Mr. Lee, please, please, just have your computer software checked out to see if there is a glitch that allows old comments from previous orders to be invisible to the buyer, and be carried over to future orders. I believe this is the real problem.

Bought two packets of the Demon WP.. Sold me outdated products. REL date was 02/2020, so it was sitting around for almost 4 years.. They said its OK. Other searches say it should be good for 3 years.. Of course the potency would not be as good.. Customer service said nothing they could do about it.. BUY from another company.. Will never use this company again..

I ORDER SOME STATION FOR THE GROUND ABOUT A WEE AGO AND I GAVE THEM ALL MINE ADREESS NOW THERE TELLING ME THANT I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGHT INFO, SO THE SHIPPEDMENT IS GOING BACK NOT TO HAPPY I WANT MINE MONEY BACK.

When they can not fill your order they still charge you a 5% "transaction fee". Do not buy from them.

Do not use this company! The product I ordered was advertised on website as in stock with shipping within 7 days. When it did not ship, I contacted the company through email as they have no phone number. (This is a clue) I received a reply from Kevin Lee that product was back ordered with no idea of ETA. They charged my credit card the day of the order. I asked for a refund. I did receive a partial refund. They withheld $15 to cover the PayPal charge. I disputed with my credit card company and received the $15. This company is scamming people. Read the reviews.

Ordered on 6/4 - website says the items are in stock. After a week of no update, I emailed - no response. Another week, I emailed to cancel my order. Only after I threaten to contact my bank and have the charge reversed, then I get a reply about how sorry they are about the COVID related delay and lack of staff. They refunded me, but withheld a 'PayPal fee'. I'm sorry, a WHAT??? If you don't ship a product, you don't get to keep some of the money! Bank is reversing that now. I regret not checking the reviews first, but I was in a hurry. Still, no reason for such a lousy business model.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I ordered a product for $47. They told me it was on back order and strung me along until the 6 month PayPal refund period was over. Then said they could only give me a store credit.

Find another Company that has integrity to deal with. I found out through the school of hard knocks that this is not a company you want to deal with. It appears from all the low ratings I’m not in the minority. I ordered several products in mid April and paid for it immediately through PayPal. Two months went by and I never received the product or heard from Pestrong. I finally called them and they said they would check into whether they had failed to send the product or there had been a problem with Fedex and there shouldn’t be a problem as the items were in stock. They promised to get back with me within an hour. Well they didn’t get back in an hour and the next morning I got a message from PayPal that Pestrong had refunded my money. I didn’t ask for a refund and called them and told them I didn’t want. Well after a brief discussion they shared the reason they refunded the money was that shipping prices and product prices had increased since I ordered the product. I told them I expected to honor the price I had purchased the product at two month prior, to which the representative hung up on me. I subsequently emailed them through their website and asked the again to honor what they had advertised to which they responded they had no intentions of doing even if resulted in a negative review of their business. Clearly Pestrong doesn’t care if it doesn’t honor its commitments to its customers... SO PESTRONG ISN’T A COMPANY THAT DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS!
