Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Commerce, GA

Robin the GM and Josh were great. I had a truck breakdown and had to spend the weekend at Country Inn while the truck was being worked on. The staff were professional and friendly and the cleaning crew even got me extra towels for the bathroom. Overall a great stay and would definitely visit if I’m ever in the area again. Kudos again to Robin she made the stay extra special.

Everything was nice. The hotel is in a great location across the street from an outlet mall and around a lot of restaurants. My room was very big very clean. Everything worked. It was overall a very nice and comfortable stay. I want to shout out the receptionist Miss Robin ❤when I tell you she answered every question I had about the area. I wanted to find the hotspots she helped with everything!! She went over and beyond to make sure that I was fine so I want to say thank you so much to Miss Robin again and for her alone I will probably come back to this hotel because she was so sweet and so helpful and so friendly, I just appreciate Robin. She always had a big smile in the morning and a joke as I went out the door for work and that made my day better thank you Miss Robin and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into commerce Georgia. This is the hotel you need to stay in it is the best.

We always stay at the country inn and suites because the staff and rooms are always top tier ! They are remodeling as of right now but that did not disrupt our stay at all ! And everything still stays so clean❤

After a long and exhausting day at the soccer fields, my assistant coach and I were ready to call it a day. Unfortunately, our plans were disrupted by unexpected weather conditions that led to our elimination from the tournament. Disappointed but determined, we decided to make a last-minute call before heading home.

To our surprise, the tournament Director contacted us with exciting news - there was an opportunity for us to participate in a semifinal game! However, this meant that we needed to find a place to rest and recharge before the big match.

Given that it was a busy weekend with both the soccer tournament and college dorm move-ins taking place in the area, finding accommodation seemed like an impossible task. Hotels were completely sold out, leaving us stranded without any options.

But then something amazing happened - the staff at one of the hotels we reached out to went above and beyond to assist us. Despite being fully booked due to the hectic weekend activities, they managed to knock down a room for us. Their willingness to accommodate our needs on such short notice truly amazed us.

We cannot express enough appreciation for their exceptional customer service and dedication.

Stayed in a room with a king bed/bath for one night after a night in Atlanta. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy, and the room was above expectations for the price paid. There was a water main issue/boil advisory when we stayed, but staff was very accommodating and provided free water bottles. Though we were sad that no breakfast was offered due to the boil advisory, I can't knock off any stars for an issue out of the hotel's control.

This hotel was wonderful. From minute one things were good and just got better. Robin greeted me at the front desk and covered any and every need I had. All of the staff were so friendly and professional. The room was outstanding. It was super clean and very comfortable. The pool was also perfect. I just can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Although a bit outdated, this place was positively lovely. Very clean, the decor was tasteful and cozy. Our room smelled like fresh pine! The staff was super helpful and nice upon our very late arrival. The continental breakfast, albeit simple, was rather delicious and featured a pancake machine. Very fun. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone passing through! Thanks y'all! A+

My name is Phillip I stayed at your hotel for 2 nights in the big king size suite the first night the bath tub and the sink wouldn’t drain. But the very nice beautiful young woman at the front desk was so kind enough to switch my room and gave me a discount on my next night I was really appreciative for that she deserves a raise. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family if ever in Atlanta I will be back again. Thanks for the great customer service I wanted to ask her out to lunch but instead I gave her 20$ to get her own lunch because I was quite sure she was married as beautiful as she was 👍🏾

Staff was so friendly! Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows were only ok. Lots of space both in the bedroom area and the bathroom was LARGE. Only negative is the breakfast was only ok at best. The scrambled eggs were bad at best. Biscuits were good but still. Won't dow grade em for the eggs being not so hot as everything else was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for about a week. Check in/out was easy. Staff was super nice. For the price it was totally worth it.

I found the location to be an excellent value. The room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable and the interaction I had with the staff was quick and pleasant. Great bang for your buck choice here. The only negatives were the pillows were a little on the thin side and that while the claim was "full breakfast" it was pretty minimal, not what I would picture by the word "full". Also, parking was a bit lacking, so during a busy time this might be an issue. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay. Super friendly staff! Easy and efficient service. Clean rooms. Coffee available all day for you coffee lovers like me. Also they offer hot breakfast indoor pool and gym. All around great stay. 10/10 for sure

The room was well organized very comfy bed and cleanliness above all. Friendly staff helped out with alot of information about the city. I would defenitly come back to this hotel. It's one of the great ones with a good experience

After having a horrible experience at the Howard Johnson right next to this hotel we decided to get rooms at this hotel and was greeted by wonderful front office staff. The general manager Aasia was awesome and even gave us discount information about nearby arcades and parks. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, pool and laundry area were clean. The cleaning staff also made sure to clean our rooms and ask if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS INN !!! I was traveling by myself and needed a place I would knew I would feel safe. I can honestly say I felt *safe and secure* here in Commerce, GA Country Inn & Suites! Friendly staff, wonderful service, clean environment, welcoming atmosphere, delicious breakfast (very cool pancake maker 🥞) and comforting to the heart. Oh yeh, bed & pillows are heavenly; cozy, tidy room; best shower, too.

JORDAN is theeee absolute best! His customer service is stellar! His demeanor is ALWAYS professional! He is accommodating and he helps to make this hotel great! The rooms are clean the other staff is wonderful and the breakfast is good. I love staying here!

I love this hotel I travel for business and whenever I'm in that area I always stay for this hotel when you walk through the door you can smell the clean the staff is always very helpful and friendly my room's always been clean and very nice I've always had good experience here great Hotel

1 of 2 hotels i stay at in commerce. Staff is bland but efficient. Modern rooms, great Wi-Fi, good breakfast in the morning. Never any housekeeping issues. I never feel like i need to pull out my Lysol... which i do carry.
The Beds are great, everytime. They pay attention to maintenance... never a clogged drain or broken A.C. plenty of outlets.
Great location off the interstate but not close enough to here the noise. Fwy, Gas, food and a outlet mall within 2 min of location.
