Best Western Commerce Inn

I read all the nearby hotel reviews in the car and this hotel had the best reviews. We walked in on a Thurs nite and made reservations at the desk. We had a dog. Clean and quiet room. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs. Plenty of dining nearby. We went to Five guys and brought it back to the room to eat. Plenty of room to walk the dog. We travel from to NC several times a year and just started breaking up the trip. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one 🕜 f the cleanest motels I've been in, in a while.The staff is very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was my first experience at a best western! This place is well cared for! The staff were nice! The place was clean ! Fantastic job!

I stayed on the first floor with my two medium sized dogs for a dog show event. Staff was very friendly and prompt to help.

Had an extended stay here due to water damage at our home. Was there over a month and had ZERO complaints. The night guy Steven was always so pleasant when we went for breakfast ( which was also pretty good ) and interacted with my kids and was, I think, their favorite time of the day. All off the other front desk workers as well as room service were so accommodating and always smiling. Overall, even though it's a small hotel, I would recommend to anyone!!!

Stayed at the Howard Johnson for two weekends in a row then for some reason they stopped allowing pets so we tried the Beat Western being they allowed pets. Amazing service, much cleaner hotel and rooms. Not much parking or grass for your pets to use the restroom but much better stay. Will definitely stay again when I’m town.

We have been traveling for 14 days. We stopped at 4pm and used the pool to relax. Was great. Also, they have the BEST pillows of all the motels we have stayed in. Also offered a complete hot breakfast which only one other hotel has done so far. Definitely would stay here again. Staff very pleasant.

Clean, quiet, attractive, safe. Very well cared-for place. Full breakfast. Great staff. The night desk guy helped me with a travel plan to get me over my trip anxiety. Caring and helpful people. Definitely would recommend!!!

I was one night over here. For the most part everything is good. Outdoor pool.
The breakfast is pretty good & complete with pretty much everything you would have at home.

A unforeseen problem occured, but my issue was addressed immediately and done professionally. The manager Sharon was very accommodating and the lady who serve breakfast was awesome! I forgot her name. They serve real eggs bacon and sausage gravy biscuit. Housekeeping was nice. I highly recommend giving them a overnight visit.

Clean rooms and GOOD price real close to eating places. And have that Free Breakfast in the morning if you want.

I love how this hotel is pet friendly with only a $15.00 fee. Best part, the pet friendly rooms are all on the first floor and is very well kept. The staff here is super sweet and will do the best they can to make sure your stay is nice and comfortable.

Amazing customer service. The lady at the front desk was super nice. The rooms were comfortable. The only thing I would have like is if the rooms got colder faster but it was not too bad. The guy who is in charge of the breakfast area is really nice too. We had our 1 year old with us and he was very helpful. I would stay again.

PHENOMENAL service! We had a little scheduling snafu after we realized we were going to get in REALLY late (~5am). We tried to book on Priceline, but because we didn't schedule until ~2am, we weren't able to book online for the discounted price for that night. However, when we called the hotel itself, the man at the desk (Stephen, I believe) was INCREDIBLY helpful and understanding of our situation, and helped us get everything worked out.

Furthermore, when we finally arrived, he was amazingly welcoming and hospitable in getting us checked in and showing me where to park the trailer (we were moving across the country at the time).

Lastly, in regards to the service, we were not from the area, and the woman at the service desk during the day was incredibly helpful when we asked about restaurants and things to do in the area.

As far as accommodations, the rooms were fantastic as well, and the beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable. A wonderful experience across the board.

Great clean room, very comfy beds, very good price with great amenities. The breakfast is awesome.. I had the jacuzzi room and I would definently come back and stay... thank you so much for not being over priced and still giving people a great hotel experience. I feel like I'm st my resort.

I had reservations at another hotel and it was not up to my standards so I came across the road to Best Western. I explained to the owner what happened and he was very understanding. He have me a great rate, the room and service were beyond my expectations. When you visit this hotel say hello to Ash (owner)..
