Red Roof Inn & Suites Commerce - Athens

My family and I had to go to commerce for my son's State track meet. We ended up going to the Red roof inn because the other hotel canceled our reservations. This stay was more than I expected, they got us in same night no hassle. Rooms were pretty clean for the most part bathrooms could use some upgrading. I love that they put us in the room next to the owners, that did their morning prayer. I'm always a girl for praying. We were able to walk to Huddle House and the other luxury restaurant for wine and dinner. We caught a flat the day of checkout and they extended our room time until we can get our flat fixed and didn't have us standing in the hallways, lobby, or parking lot. The best Red Roof Inn I've been to hands down.

S/N the $100 cash deposit was no issue as long as the rules were followed and the property was respected. I got my $100 cash deposit back for both rooms at check out with no issue.

This is absolutely the best Red Roof Inn! We are waiting for our home to be ready and have stayed here for a couple weeks. There has not been one day that we haven't received absolutely professional and kind service. This includes all employees. The manager has been so accommodating, the front desk lady is so sweet and always smiling, and the housekeepers are amazing and so polite. It's rare to see such consistent professional hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a great place to stay for the night or for a week.

Trucker friendly parking. Heads up, if you’re coming from 85 N take route 63 as there is a median and can’t turn on main road. It is not updated in maps. Very clean place and enjoyable to stay here. Seems to be quiet at night and this is my second night here in the last four nights. Will be back.

Breakfast was mini waffles, cereal, or muffins. Being winter, the pool was closed. But the area looked lovely. And we still enjoyed our stay. The price, cleanliness & comfort of our room, location, and staff made it a great stay.

Amazing service, incredible and clean rooms especially for the price and the convenience of what all is around. The grounds are well kept. Extra gravel parking in the back for big trucks. There is when Complimentary breakfast, all in all my family had a pleasant stay.

Wow was I surprised with this Red Roof Inn & Suites. Extremely clean and easy to get items from car to room. Room was spacious and had several amenities.

This hotel was the best we stayed at , during our trip across the country. We pulled in at around 11pm and the place was easy to find off the main roads. The young woman at the front desk was helpful and detail oriented. The rooms were incredibly clean, and seemed to be newly remodeled. They also except pets and the rooms were incredibly large which helped accommodate. We would definitely stay here again.

The most cleanest, friendliest, nicest Red Roof In I have ever stayed at. I really didn't want to go there based on the one in Johnson City NY but I was so shocked and surprised. I could not have been more pleased. Pet friendly and affordable. Great waffles for morning breakfast! From the front desk to housekeeping. 10 stars from me!

My Daughter and I have stayed here 3 times. Each time has been great. IF you are in the Atlanta area and don't want to pay Atlanta prices and don't mind driving 30 minutes this is the place to stay.
Always clean, well stocked, friendly staff.

for the price this place is very good! Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Clean room. Old fashioned bed but we slept really well. A huge hotel but still not too much noise or so. Breakfast is small, not worth to go check it out. Great location.

The rooms were decent. Very clean. For the price, the rooms were adequate. Exactly what we expected. Nothing spectacular. The staff, however were amazing! Very friendly. Courteous and helpful. Everyone we interacted with during our stay realy gave that "little bit extra" to ensure we had a pleasant experience.
The staff really sets this hotel apart from the pack.

Clean. Fresh room and bed and bath linen. Nice surprise was no carpeting - had clean laminate and better for allergies. Check in Night Hostess friendly and helpful Breakfast and morning check out Morning Hostess friendly, accommodating and set a wonderful mood with her wit for our day. Very pleased.

My partner is a truck driver so of course sometimes we want to have a room for a night or two.
This was one of the best stays we have had in a while from the amazing hospitality from Jennifer to the nice and clean updated rooms.

I definitely want to give more kudos to Jennifer because it’s a rare oddity nowadays to have great customer service.
She checked us in swiftly and let us know plenty of times that if we need anything to call and she even let us know if people are being loud to inform her because she wants us to have a peaceful stay.
She was also there when we checked out and once again the service was still the same and that was shocking to me because it was early in the morning and she did not skip a beat on that great customer service.

So we definitely enjoyed our stay and we appreciate people like Jennifer!!

Staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms where extremely clean!!! I over slept for the breakfast but have heard it was good. The only complaint I have is a little softer pillows would be nice besides that this hotel was great and priced good.

My room was spacious and one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous. The room and hotel property had been maintained well. The location is excellent. I had a very pleasant visit. I will definitely stay here if I am ever passing through Commerce, Georgia again.

Breakfast was always on point! Stocked and fresh. Always had what they said. The big bonus is housekeeping is Awesome! They friendly, respectfull, And always came to see if we needed anything. Anthony and Kia! You the bomb. Would give 10 y'all 10 stars if I could.

I was only in my room each night from 10pm to 6am, but I was satisfied with the level of service they provided. The room seemed newly renovated, clean, with mostly new amenities. The bed and pillows we're comfortable, which was the important part. The only complaint I may have is the air conditioner. The temperature was fine, but the fan stayed on all the time, while on 'auto', regardless of the inside temp.
