Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Commerce

We were SO impressed with this place! First of all, all of the staff were helpful and friendly. The whole hotel is clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of options. Our favorite part was that they had an indoor pool that was actually heated well (so many hotels don’t heat their pools enough!) and a hot tub. We had a suite with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. It was perfect for our large family. Highly recommend this place, much better than many more “fancy” hotels in the area. It’s right down the road from the outlets and super close to the freeway, but we weren’t bothered by noise.

We had our wedding in Commerce and had our wedding block here. They were extremely accommodating and Stacey and her daughter were super nice! They went out of their way to make sure us and our guests were taken care of! Thank you so much, ladies!!!

You know when you walk into a place, and it's just the right vibe? I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm cookie. Donna, Stacy, Blake and Liz were all accommodating and made my stay the best it could be. My second week here and I will be returning because of the incredible team at Fairfield. They consistently exceed expectations. Thank you!

Great hotel. Nice staff, clean room and serviced it each day in 2 night stay which I thought went away with corona. Convenient to Athens and a lot cheaper.

This is a very nice hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. We came to Commerce for our son's wedding in the area and needed 10 rooms for various family and friends. We arranged to stay at another hotel nearby but it was very sub-par and after contacting the Fairfield Inn we moved our group there. I cannot say enough about the accommodating nature of the staff. They quickly resolved our stressful situation and gave our entire group the rooms they needed all on the same floor. They are all so friendly and pleasant. Great representatives of this hotel chain. We feel very fortunate to have been led to this hotel for our very special weekend. Thank you.

Always happy with my stay at this suite. Always clean and comfy beds. Very friendly staff.. We had a great time in the indoor pool and hot tub!! The lady kept the towels stocked for everyone to dry off. The breakfast was a great selection.. from bacon,eggs, bagels, cereal to waffles and chocolate milk for the kids!! Coffee, juice, etc. Had zero issues!! Highly recommended for a great time!! Thanks

After running into some car troubles me and my daughter just popped up and requested a room. The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing (Michelle)! She was so helpful and understanding and honestly after the day I had she was awesome! The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean. The next day my vehicle was still not repaired so I had to request an additional night. The staff accommodated with no issues. Honestly this was the best stay at a hotel I have had in a long time, from the staff to the comfort of the room!

Very nice. Staff was very professional and helpful. The continental breakfast was really good and they were out of something that I wanted. When I asked the staff they were very willing to go over and beyond to help. This is a place I will surely recommend and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great friendly staff. Clean rooms that look modern and stylish. The breakfast is okay but it's honestly better than 98% of other hotels in the same category. Just stayed one night but I would definitely stay again.

The staff was excellent! The room was large and clean. The beds were so comfortable, we missed breakfast both days! Coffee was available in the lobby around the clock. Housekeeping does an excellent job and they were friendly. The only negative was the weather, but even then they made sure the lobby stayed clean and the floor was dry, preventing any chance of a slip and fall. I look forward to staying there again! The Fairfield is a Marriott hotel, and lives up to the reputation. Beautiful, clean (I'm talkin' pristine-clean) room with amenities. Just wish there would've been somenice tea bags as well as coffee pods. The people staying at Fairfield were all very polite and friendly. Truly a wonderful experience. Wish I coulda stayed for breakfast! 🌞

Clean, staff was so pleasant and accommodating! They went above and beyond as every night we would ask them to freeze our ice packs and they did. Room was cleaned and made up everyday.

Clean room, plenty of towels, comfy beds, and friendly staff. The indoor pool was temporarily down but we were able to use the indoor pool at the hotel right across parking lot for no extra charge and it was great. The hot tub was working and it was amazing. Very close to food and shopping. Commerce is a meeting place for our family. Its centered between Charlotte and Griffin so this hotel is perfect.

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about?? Everything has been very clean...clean room, clean bathroom. Very friendly staff! Arrived much earlier than I'd planned (1:30pmish) & was able to check-in early no problem!

People working were nice, everything was kept clean and breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious. The only problem I had overnight was that the room smelled quite strongly of body odor, and it wasn't from the sheets or anything, just an odd lingering odor. But other than that minor issue, it was overall a great experience that I highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast is a good option to have; I typically pick up fruit on the way out but they have hot food in additional to cereal and yogurt.

Shared with staff my happiness after one night of cimfcom sleeping. My accommodations were beyond expectations. Room was clean, hotel felt inviting, guest arriving also seemed happy. Best choice made. Will bring my family back to this hotel. Highly recommend it anyone planning a trip to our area or passing by. Call the front desk like I did...the staff will help you. Yes a hotel is a place to sleep. And this one is, clean the beds are comfortable.
But these 5 stars are for the staff. From the lady who prepares the food to the staff cleaning the rooms and the people at the front desk. Job well done to all. 👏
