Hampton Inn Commerce

The beds were good. The bathroom door is awesome a sliding barn door. But the best thing is the breakfast. The blueberry waffles is where it's at.

We had a perfect stay here and Hampton Commerce. Room was nice and clean. Fantastic breakfast and room was supper quiet. All the staff was awesome, but especially Sheldon at the Front desk. She went above and beyond helping me and was very pleasant and accommodating. Loved her energy and how he treated her guests!!Thank you for making our stay here one of the best ever!

The hotel was amazing. The staff was great. Clean bathrooms in the lobby and it was a hot breakfast. I would say the carpet in the hallway need to be replaced didn't to much care for it. The room was amazing. Especially the stand up shower and the barn door. Just amazing. Will definitely stay again

We stayed with family here for a wedding and for the time we were actually in the hotel we had no problems. This is an older Hampton Inn but it has been remodeled. The age shows in certain places but overall the price was worth it - we paid $100 through SnapTravel (great deal!). Never could get the mini fridge cold enough for my Coke! :( The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the lobby/gathering area was comfortable and in great shape and the continental breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options. Very happy and pleased. I would stay here again if ever in Commerce again!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for nicer people or better service. It was graduation and we were a large group. The held our delivered food and allowed us to use the lobby area for dining. It was awesome! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The hotel in general was very clean, especially the room we stayed in. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is awesome, many dinning options in the area and stores, Longhorn and waffle house to a walking distance. Nice small pool with tables and chairs outside, the only observation it'd be nice if the tables were wipe down often, we wanted to have our dinner there, but tables weren't clean. Any other than that it was a great stay and we'll stay again while passing through Atlanta.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn on Saturday during the NHRA Southern Nationals. This Hotel had the best service I've seen in a long time. Especially Brittany & Dana these two made my stay feel like I was in my own home. Everything and anything I needed they went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of options. The mini waffles where my favorite. The Hotel looked and smelled clean with disinfectant wipe stations throughout the Hotel. I would once again like to thank Brittany and Dana for having to deal with a needy visitor like myself but definitely appreciate it. Employees like them make me only want to stay at Hilton associated Hotels. Thank you. 😉

The staff at check in were very personable and extremely helpful. The room was far above the cleanliness expectations as was the entire hotel. During our stay the staff remained just as helpful and polite. We stayed during Covid-19 and we're very impressed. We would recommend this hotel anytime.

Hampton Inns are our favorite stays on the road. Always clean and well maintained, good breakfast, great service. And those paper cups with the mustaches always make me smile. Not the cheapest, but well worth it.

Clean, refrigerator, microwave and hot breakfast everything you need for a very enjoyable place to stay. Shopping and restaurants near close by. The staff was very kind and very professional. This location is great.

I had a really awful day yesterday culminating in a smash and grab robbery of my suitcase during treatment at Emory and dealing with the aftermath and fixing my truck so I could leave Atlanta. I was trying to make it home last night when it just got to dangerous to continue to drive so exhausted. To say I was in a bad mood was an understatement! I stopped at a gas station and looked up the nearest hotel and found this one. Booked a room and grabbed a change of clothes, toiletries, and some dog food at a nearby Walmart. The employees were so polite and efficient. Nothing was said about my service dog, and I plodded to my room not expecting much. The room was clean and well appointed with a nice bathroom. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I was asleep in minutes of my arrival. I woke up this morning to a spectacular complementary breakfast and more wonderful employees. This unexpected stop has really been a pleasant surprise after a rotten day and I can’t thank you enough for being such a great establishment!

Front desk lady named Trish was wonderful. The other lady was nice too (I didn't get her name) We stayed 2 nights room was clean. Loved the idea of using wall space to create a closet. I like the barn door for the bathroom wish the door had a latch to lock. And I wish I could turn off the light above the outside of the door. Outside needs a facelift due to age but overall all the grounds and inside very clean. Breakfast was good to us. Thanks for a good experience. The Burkes from South Ga.

Seems to be a newer build so it looks great. The front desk is helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond with any requests. Breakfast buffet room was small, the sitting area outside of it was bigger, but had the right mix of food options for everyone.

This trip was our 2022 Southern/Eastern states assembly in Cornelia, Georgia. We received a spiritual renewing from the God of Israel and the Hampton Inn made our stay so awesome! I will make the Hampton Inn my hotel to stay at whenever we have an assembly in any other part of the country.

I arrived behind another person trying to find a room, two other couples arrived shortly afterward, all late at night. The computer system was down. We're all tired and just want to go to bed.

With a genuine, warm smile, a light positive presentation, she demonstrated the apogee of customer service. Each of us was acknowledged repeatedly, informed of the delay, engaged, and made to feel accepted and appreciated. She was forthright and honest to us and to a caller who she asked for their number so she could call them back.

All I wanted was a cool, comfortable room. I received that and one of the best representations of how to manage challenges. Well done!

The owner as well as the lady on day shift who has been there for many years? They are wonderful! They have the best attitude and to me that means something. They actually talk to you and laugh and cut up. Really comfortable place They make you feel so welcomed 😌☺

Only problem they don't have Spanish channels

One of the Hampton’s newest footprints, the bed was excellent (as usual), the room was well laid out and perfect for traveling or destination patrons, and the price was decent for the area!
As for The Hampton’s new “self checkin” application one can now practically never deal with the front clerk! Just checkin and turn your smartphone into your room key all within their app! You can also chose the room you desire!
I’m also somewhat of a neat freak - I can tell you our room passed the “Blacklight” test, no untoward stains anywhere! Hats off to the cleaning staff, the front hostess (yeah I couldn’t just walk on, spouse needed a key and I hadn’t done the e-checkin before), and breakfast area clean and a good variety.
One last thing, we just LOVE the new furniture layout, each desk had plenty of electrical connections for charging today’s electrical devices; smartphones, smart pads, wireless headphones, etc!

Very clean and nice place! Thanks for the front desk lady for being very polite after being stressed of finding a room. We went to another hotel before that was absolutely disgusting and this was our only choice. Clean and nice place for a decent price!
