Communication is everything in these situations and I can’t stress enough how much I appreciated Philip making sure I was aware of everything they were doing and how much it would cost. I’ve been in situations where they will do stuff without asking and charge you for it and this was not the case. Philip was very honest and transparent. Also, it really didn’t take any time to do especially during the supply chain crisis. He worked around my schedule and gave me options. You can see the two before pics and the last pic is the after. The paint match is very impressive and I couldn’t tell the difference. I told them in the office how satisfied I was and they were very humble about it. Told me to bring it back if any other problems came up! Thanks guys will definitely refer anyone here!

Great team here at Woodstock Quality! They did an excellent job repairing my car for a very reasonable price. Looked almost like they traded my car in for a new one with how good it looked! It did take a good bit of time as the shop was very busy with cars to repair but Jeff let me know a lot how much he appreciated my patience and provided excellent customer service! I cannot say enough good things about Woodstock Quality Paint & Body. It is more than fitting that the term quality is in their name because that is exactly what they give you and more. I brought my car in to get a couple dents and dings taken out. They gave me a reasonable estimate and excellent customer service. I mainly communicated with Jimmy specifically who was great, but the whole staff was very friendly. The finished product was better than expected. Support this small business and they will exceed expectations!

Someone hit my car and I needed a body shop, a friend said that they had heard nothing but good about Woodstock Quality, so I gave them a shot after reading the reviews and living right around the corner from their shop. Talk about finding a hidden gem, I am going to start using their services just for general maintenance just because of how wonderful my experience was. Jeff was fantastic and made the process so easy and he was on point with timing, courtesy updates, and my car was even cleaned out after the repairs had been made! There's not one negative thing I could say about my experience and would recommend to anyone that would listen. The ladies in the office are great and they even remind you to grab your garage door opener when you first drop your car off to when you get to take it home, super helpful. Oh, and they made arrangements for my rental to be picked up!! Can't say enough positive about this place and I am actually kinda looking forward to my next oil change...just because they're that good. My car looks great too, can't even tell that there was any damage.

I had a very good experience with these folks. They did an excellent job on my car with regard to the repairs to which I’m thoroughly satisfied. Jim Smith was very courteous and even offered to perform an additional service for me at no charge. One note-they sometimes get backed up and cannot get to your work for a few days, So make sure you find out when they think they can get to your car rather than renting a rental for the days in which the car is just sitting there.

They were meticulous in regards to replacement of side mirrors and body work for my mom's car (mine too). She and we were sooo happy with the results! I would HIGHLY recommend this local business! Purchase LOCALLY and experience the quality and loyalty. $$ can't buy this! Absolutely love the office staff too. They are all the best!

The team at WQP&B really helped me out! Professional service, great workmanship and quality finish! I felt like family there and was treated accordingly. They handled my insurance claim, no problem. In fact, they knew the adjuster from the insurance company by name. I'm sure that helped get the ball moving when they fixed my car. 10/10 would recommend for any body work you need. I couldn't even tell my where their work ended and the undamaged stock parts began! If I had to offer one piece of constructive criticism I would say maybe make the parking lot a bit bigger!

This was the best experience! I had the whole side of my car painted. I got an estimate here and then another from a different body shop a mile away. The 2nd place quoted me almost double. I dropped my car off after hours on my way out of town. They finished in less time than quoted, the final bill was less than the original estimate, and my car looks brand new. The customer service was amazing. I will definitely use this shop for any work in the future.

They did a grate job on matching the paint to my bikes anniversary paint job! And some repair work from having to much fun at Angle City!😜

Great experience here. They gave me a competitive quote to fix some body damage. They got it done in very timely manner, and even detailed the vehicle and restored the faded trim. The best part is that they got it done for less than they quoted, and didn't make us pay their quote which would have been affordable in itself.

My second time getting serviced at this shop. This time I needed my front bumper and fender replaced on my Sonata. Man I can't express how awesome these people are. I didn't even think it was possible to top the service they provided the first time but yet again they absolutely amazed me. Quality work, INCREDIBLE customer service, above and beyond, fair pricing, etc are all understatements when it comes to this shop. Jim Smith is a SUPER HERO!! Being here feels like family. After experiencing this shop I couldn't imagine getting work done anywhere else!

Amazing! This place does phenomenal work. Incredibly friendly and professional staff. I feel they went above and beyond to fix the damage to my front bumper. They even washed and detailed my car on their own. The process was made so easy and comfortable, especially dealing with my insurance. I have been trading with Jimmy Harris and family at Woodstock Quality Paint/Body for years. The workmanship is outstanding and Jimmy goes beyond customer service to to it that you are satisfied with the job. Jimmy just completed a job on my sons vehicle which had quite a bit of damage. My son lives 3 hours away and took his car here because he knew the repair would be put back together perfect and it was. If you have any size paint/body job, this is the place you need to bring your vehicle. I highly recommend Jimmy and his crew!
