Fast and courteous service. We have been loyal customers for 35+ years. Chuck and his staff are very attentive and accommodating. Large selection of medical products. We like the fact that you can call in for prescription refills 24 hours a day on their refill line. Outstanding feature. Our insurance company attempts to entice us change to a larger pharmacy but we will always resist the change because of the personal service we get at Craig's. Plus, we don't like to wait 2-4 days for prescription refills like you do at Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS and Walmart.

We have a Golden Technology lift chair. Yesterday, we were unable to get the chair to move with my Mother trapped in the chair. The power was shown to be working in the control, but no movement! I was worried. I called Craigs to speak to Nikki. Nikki was wonderful! She called the company while looking for a new control in the store. One was found, immediately delivered, changed out, and it worked! It was such a relief to know that we could get something taken care of so quickly. Thank you, Nikki!

The staff were very helpful. My husband needed allergy medicine. Staff led him to the right product. He then said He needed to pay so he could take 1 right away. The woman offered to get him a glass of water to help take it. We are traveling through by boat and knew we finally made it to the hospitable South😀. Thanks

Fanatic Staff. Chuck even came in on a Sunday to fill my prescription after I was discharged from a hospital in Baltimore. No there pharmacy had my medication. I will never go anywhere else.
