Walmart Pharmacy

Although this pharmacy gets a bit busy sometimes, I have always had a positive experience here. I have to give special mention to the Pharmacist, Joe, for really going above and beyond to make sure I got a prescription authorized and filled on time. I like that even though this is a large chain that this pharmacy has the feeling of a small, private pharmacy.

I was helped by the pharmacist directly and had no complications. Also suggested downloading their app to make future transactions faster.

My Husband gets Texts Messages that his Meds are Ready and the Price..

I was having trouble with my insurance and the staff continued to call them until it was fixed

Always excellent service and highly knowledgeable

I have the app. I order my meds get text when they are ready. Have no problem.

They got my meds together and text me for refills I like that.

Pharmacy has become terrible. You get a line inside and drive thru wraps the building. Drive thru should be quick not a parking lot. Should not have to wait 3 cars from a window for 40 minutes. Should be quick if people don't have medicine ready push them thru give them 15- 20 mins to come back and work on the next person not make someone park at the window for 20mins for meds.

Absolute worst pharmacy. Was told 25 minutes to wait, so I came back in 35 to allow them extra time. When I come back I was told they didn’t have my insurance so they couldn’t fill them. Why they wouldn’t have told me this the first time is beyond me. So I give them my insurance and then they say 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, and I am still waiting. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I will never come back. Now I know why I use the CVS in Target on a regular basis.

The worst pharmacy to go to. I sent my meds in earlier that day and it said gave me a time that my meds should be ready. Went it 15/30 mins after that time and the lady told me it would be another 30/40 mins. Walked around the store..came back and they started shutting down. I had to tell them whatever issue they had is not my problem and they need to reboot their system and give me the meds for my sick son. One lady had the nerve to tell me she’d be happy to buy my son medicine off the shelf to give to my son. IF I WANTED THE DAMN MEDS OFF THE SHELF i wouldn’t have walked around for 30 mins for my sons prescribed meds. I didn’t give her a attitude and just shook my head because my son was with me. But I wanted to give her a piece of my mind. Go to Walgreens! Walmart pharmacists include the male ones behind the counter have nasty attitudes and don’t know what the heck they’re doing. Oh btw, when I walked up, the two lady pharmacist were running their beanpie oatmeal pie mouths back there. Do some work!

The female pharmacist was very rude and highly judgemental. Very poor customer service. She wouldn't answer any of the questions I needed about my medications. Was rushing to just get me out of there.

Slowest pharmacy ive ever seen. They tell you 20 minutes and you end up waiting over an hour
