As a customer, my experience at Publix has been consistently positive, making it my preferred supermarket for several reasons. From the moment I enter, the store’s clean and organized layout makes shopping a breeze. The friendly and attentive staff are always ready to help, whether I need assistance finding a product or have questions about an item.

The quality of products at Publix is exceptional. The produce section is always well-stocked with fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables. The deli offers an impressive variety of freshly prepared foods, including sandwiches, salads, and hot meals, making it a convenient option for a quick, delicious bite. The bakery is another highlight, with its array of freshly baked breads, pastries, and custom cakes that are perfect for any occasion.

Friendly, great customer service. Feels like a small community store and according to 1 cashier "We are all family".
Recently, there have been instances to break the peace-a man who drove the wrong way down the parking lot aisle & loudly complained it wasn't two-way. A young man walked his leashed dog into the store but he wasn't disabled. Who does that?!
If you don't appreciate 5-star, shop elsewhere. 👍

I've just moved to this area in Lawrenceville, Ga. I tried a different chain last week because it was closer but I was more than a little disappointed in selection. Decided to try this Publix today and found the staff very helpful. 3 ladies in particular went above and beyond to help me when my blood sugar started to dip on me and I became weak and felt like I would pass out. Kelly, Jeanine and Mira, you were my saving angels today and I really appreciate all you did to help me. Bless you all. I'm your customer and friend for life.

I came here before and had an unpleasant experience, but today was very different. Everyone was very polite and helpful! Chris (produce manager and Treyvon in the meat area deserve raises! 😂 Went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it! Thank you!

There are a number of different reasons Publix continues to be rated as a favorite regional grocery chain and you will find each and every one at this location!

From stunning bakery goods to international products to fresh produce to their own brand of great ice cream, nothing fails to stand up to the best of your expectations. Oh, and don't forget their own key lime pie! There is none better! (Sorry, Mom!)

As Chick-fil-A is the top of service in fast food, Publix is the top of service in grocery stores. Thanks for everything you do!

The deli is great. This is near my office so I pick up lunch here all the time!

I love the fresh made food and easy single serving dinners ready for busy people. Nashville hot chicken sandwich is so yummy!

Very clean store. Not very busy when I was there at 7:30pm. Good selection of produce. Love their bakery. They make the best sub sandwiches around.

Picking up a catering order. Deli did an amazing job on the 3 jumbo shrimp platters, and bakery did a beautiful job with the 4 mini brownie platters. A++

I want to thank Spencer and the team for their generosity and going above and beyond in customer service. I am a GM at a newly opened Home2 Suites in Lawrenceville and was in charge of planning a Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting. I chose Publix because of the proximity to our Hotel as well as my personal shopping experience. Spencer assisted me from day one and suggested wine and beer for the event. He was so patient and jumped right in to make sure that I had options. He even went as far as making sure that the wine was special ordered for us and followed up with me. On the day of the event everything was packaged and ready to go and all the team jumped in to help us load up and get to the event in time. Publix is a great grocery store! It's clean and big, and the customer service is friendly. They have tons of deals, and the fried chicken and sub from the deli are amazing!

Clean Publix, not a lot of people in there when I went for a Sunday I feel like but it’s not my regular store. Very clean, can’t emphasize that enough, definitely clean enough to make a detour and use the restroom if nature is forcing you to do so. You won’t feel like you going to away outta there with more microorganisms than what you went in with.

I love this location!!!! They always have the bottled water my family and I consume and I’m always finding new stuff in there that no other grocery store has. Love it here, will continue to be a loyal customer.

I hope the district manager and this young man store manager sees this as well. Shouts out to Zach, I left my sandwich rushing back to work, as I’m speed walking to my car, I hear someone speaking to me I look back and it’s Zack sprinting toward me with my sandwich. Not many people would even care and I know my stomach was grateful lol. Thank you again Zach for the little things and the above and beyond people like you!

Very clean, friendly staff and very good selections.

I love shopping at this store. I visit all the time. Today I got my daughter's cake from the deli. The decorator did a GREAT job. Sorry I never got her name. She really did her thing, cake is identical to the cake I picked out on the website.
