Loved it. The sales lady was amazing. She helped out and has a lot of patience with me. The line wasn't long and the cashier were great. On a 1 to 10 I give this store a 10.

tiffany was amazing! we were christmas shopping for my boyfriend’s mom and she took us around the store and gave us 5 choices of what she felt suited and was amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the store. Not only was I greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee, I was not overwhelmed by the perfume smells.

Very nice staff and store was clean.. sad they ran out of the $40 boxes though so early but still loved them!

Always clean and stocked! People love to go in to sample their fragrance! Refreshingly lovely for women and men who are buying for that special someone! Prices are moderate however they have good sales during special seasons. The staff is always friendly. The last time there the little sink that people use to sample the soap, the top of it need replacing. I am sorry but this is a big turnoff. It has a big stain on it!

Unfortunately the candle scent that my wife was looking for has been discontinued. They suggested a couple of different scents that were similar and found them in their Wallflower plug in version. This saved us money over buying a full sized candle.

Shelby was a huge help and a treat to talk to. Very observant and great at making recommendations by watching the customer explore other scents. A+++

The ladies here are always super friendly and helpful! My complaint about this company is that they come up with great products that become my favorites and then they discontinue them!! I'm sick about the True Blue Spa line getting cut. The Body Balm has miracle ingredients that have taken care of my wrinkled, thin, saggy neck skin.

So friendly. Very helpful. I had an online pick up order and they treated me as if I had been in the store shopping. They made sure my order was right and that i was satisfied with it before I left.

I love this place. I probably have million things of bath and body. Please bring back butterfly flowers my favorite fragrance over any of them. The workers are all awesome and friendly in commerce and athens ga as well.

Found everything I was looking for!! Very clean store and helpful employees! Following CDC guidelines...sanitizer at the door with an employee monitoring traffic in and out. Arrows on floor to keep traffic going the same way to ensure social distancing. Good sales and lots of stock!

What is there to say they have the best staff! Everyone was friendly and eager to help and the products are amazing this is definitely my go to place for my smell good for the home or body!

Today I went to grab a bodywash and they had a citrus scrub at the sink. The supervisor showed me a trick to really get the grease and Apoxy off my hands. It got a lot off without drying my hands. I had a few coupons and the assistant manager helped me pick out my free item and reminded me that mothers day was around the corner. Pretty sure my mom's gonna love what we picked out and if not she can easily exchange it without knowing I used a coupon. I walked in feeling kind of stupid but everyone was so kind and helpful.
