The manager was supper kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here is any other hotels in the area.

Everything was nice and clean and up to date! The staff were friendly and helpful.
The Hot Tub was missing the cover to the drain and I stepped in it... OUCH... also the timer was broken to the hot tub.
But other than that it was a nice stay!

Excellent night's stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Great night's sleep!

I have stayed here twice and both times unbelievable service. They are awesome. I had a lady named Amanda. Check me in with a smiling face. They greet you as you walk in the rooms are top notch and the water in the shower is awesome. If you're in the vicinity, you need to stay there. Definitely a nice nice place, 5 star all the way.

I stayed here for 2 days for work & if I'm ever back in the area for business or leisure I will definitely stay here! The rooms are very clean & very nice! They're not outdated whatsoever & my bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it! They've got a great indoor pool with a hot tub & the staff is great especially the woman who checked us in. She had a lobby full of people when we got there but that did not deter her from answering all our questions, phone calls, & checking us ALL in within a matter of 15 minutes & she did all that with a smile on her face that was truly genuine! I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure & I will be returning customer for sure!!

The ladies at the front desk were super nice! We came and stayed for the weekend to go to G-day. Great place to stay when going to Athens! Breakfast was amazing! Rooms were clean! We will definitely be staying here again when we come down for football games!

Stuff was very accommodating and hospitable. Rooms were clean! They came by every day I was here and took my trash, dirty towels and restocked things. I had a small issue in the bathroom and they fixed it same day while I was out. Gym was okay, not bad for a hotel; cardio equipment, one cable machine and some free weights up to 20 pounds. Free breakfast was good and warm! All staff I came around had a smile on their face. Also the bed was super comfortable ☺

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious. The bathroom was recently renovated and it was large and modern. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes and utensils. We stayed at the Comfort Suites for 2 weeks and were very happy. 👍😀

The Comfort Suites was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in October as we were moving our daughter to her new apartment. We stayed in a double suite which was spacious and comfortable. My favorite thing about the hotel was that the lobby is really decked out in Halloween decorations which was such a fun and personal touch. There appeared to be plenty of staff to service guests and the breakfast area was always immaculate.
One little peeve was the mattresses were really uncomfortable for me. But all in all it was a great stay!

Absolutely excellent for the price!
A couple of slight imperfections with the room itself: The closet door was off its track completely, and there were signs of recent renovations with the tub - neither of those were major concerns because we were only staying for the weekend.

Everything else was fantastic.

The room itself was great - big enough for our needs, wonderful, spacious whirlpool tub, very soft beds, more than ample hot water and water pressure in the shower. Very quiet!

The free breakfast was fine; filling and reasonably tasty, especially since it was free. Could be a bit of a moot point for some, as the hotel is within walking/quick driving distance of many different eating options from fast-food to hibachi.

The real reason for the 5 star review is the service! The staff was uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Extra towels, pillows, and bedding available on request without delay. The check-in and check-out processes were both easy as pie!

We just stopped in on our way through. We have been members of the Choice Hotels for years. This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were big and clean. The shower was awesome. They always have a great breakfast. Who doesn't love making your own waffle! The staff was very friendly. That is what makes your stay enjoyable.

The staff was absolutely lovely. Anything we needed, they helped. Even loaned me a phone charger since I had left mine at home. Found my toddlers blankie when my daughter lost it! Housekeeping was so sweet and charming! I added on three extra days because it was such a wonderful hotel. Great breakfast, super clean, quiet, GREAT INDOOR POOL AND SAUNA!

The hotel was super close to the dragstrip we was going to.This hotel was really nice! The beds and pillows was comfortable! Fast food restaurants are located within walking distance which was really convenient! They offered a hot breakfast. Bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Also, they had a nice selection of cereals and muffins. The staff was nice and helpful! We would definitely love to stay here again if we are in the area!

In these days of nonsense it was great to find a full service hotel that hadn't taken shortcuts just to stay in business. Too often the customer suffers with limited offerings while still paying the same price or higher. Looking for a clean indoor pool that's still open for use? You'll find it here. Looking for a large hot tub to relax in for a bit? Comfort Suites has it. My family and I travel a good bit and we always enjoy plenty of space, amenities and attentive employees at Comfort Suites in Commerce. P.S. They still offer a full hot breakfast as well. No brown bags :-)

Staff is very friendly, rooms are awesome. Clean and spacious. Spa is hot and the pool is a decent temperature. Breakfast is delicious (eggs, bacon, sausage, DIY waffles, cereal, muffins, mixed fruit cups, assorted sandwiches, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. We love Comfort Suites

The hotel is VERY clean and the staff are all super friendly and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. This hotel really adds up to its name; everything about our stay was comforting.

I left my prescription glasses in the room when I checked out. I called when I got home and the staff went straight to the room and got my glasses. Wonderful customer service! I will be staying at this hotel again!

I just have to say 5 stars. This particular Comfort Suites is very organized. Everything is attractive, clean and very comfortable! The breakfast doesn’t close until 10:00 AM and it’s a full serve breakfast. Waffles with optional strawberries and whipped cream, biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon with potatoes, hot cereals and cold. Room service is good as well. The staff who work here actually seem like they want to work here. I wish I could stay a bit longer. Also bring your fury friend!

I always stay here when I come to town. It is a nice hotel at a fair price close to many places to eat. The staff are nice as well and the breakfast is good too. I highly recommend the Comfort Suites.

Nice, updated, clean, comfy, quiet, pet friendly hotel! All staff were nice and accommodating during our 5 night stay. Only complaint would be all the lady bugs.
