We moved here from southern Florida. I and my hubby have ordered more from these people, than we ate in 9 years of living there! I’m working my way thru the menu. Haven’t found a bad dish yet. Try the lo mein. So many use Italian pasta and try to pass it off as lo mein. Not these guys! Theirs is excellent food!

This place is great for takeout. They're fast, efficient and the food is always nice and hot. The staff are always great when I go here. Only downfall is the dining in portion. The dining area just seems a lil run down, and there's no divide between the table area and where people wait for food. It's okay though because Chinese food deserves to be eaten at home with friends and family in front of the TV.

Accidentally ordered way more food than we bargained for but that was my fault for not being clear. Thankfully the food is so good I don’t mind eating it leftover a few times lol

I placed my order over the phone and it was ready as soon as I arrived. I ordered the General Tsos chicken with fried rice. You can choose egg rolls or spring rolls as your side. The customer service was great over the phone and in person. The food was hot and delicious. They only have pick up orders as an option. Dine in is not available.

Been eating here since the early 2000’s and still when I’m in the area and crave Chinese food this is my spot of choice! Great food, good service and they even have a buffet if you prefer it over a combo.

Love Our China House

We have eaten here since we moved to Adel twenty-four years ago. The same family still runs it. When we had the buffet, it was good and I miss it now. But ordering from the menu is okay.

I have eaten at several other Chinese restaurants and never found one to be better.

A small, out of the way place, but the food is incredible. I've been eating here for years, and it's one of my favorite Chinese places around!

Food is always on time for call- in and pick up; can modify orders to your dietary needs or tastes, like low salt or fat or sugar; I personally never need to check my bags for the right order, despite my habit to do so.

Locals eat here, at this family owned restaurant, more than often. It’s a well appreciated part of the community.

This family owned restaurant is my favorite in a 50 mile radius. Nice and courteous family with awesome food. When I don't feel well, I go and get their hot and sour soup, amazingly I always feel better the next day. I love these guys.

I eat here quite often. Sometimes I order take out by phone & other times I dine in from the buffet, or take out (cost by the pound) off the buffet. Have always gotten good food at a reasonable price.
Adel is very lucky to have such a good Chinese restaurant with very tasty food.

I’ve been eating China House my whole life. No other Chinese food compares. The owners and staff are nice, and I’ve never had any problems. Love China House and glad Adel has them.

It was our first time to this restaurant and the food was great they are doing only take out right now because of COVID but they were still helpful and polite we will be back thanks for all you guys did

Best Chinese food I've ever had! They're consistently fantastic and the family that own and operate it are the sweetest people you'll meet.

We eat here often. The food is always good and I can't remember ever being served the wrong order.
