Comfort Suites Grandview - Kansas City

My stay was amazing! The Hotel Manager Niti was so nice and helpful. The front desk staff checked me in quick and had excellent customer service! The room was clean and the beds were awesome. I slept so well. For once, I found a hotel that gives you enough good pillows. Breakfast was hot and a great selection.
I was so pleased with the entire hotel! I highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay. It’s close enough to Kansas City. A big thumbs up! Good Job Comfort Suites!

When you first walk in the front door, wow !, this warm feeling washes over you and you feel so welcomed. The Ladies at the front desk are so sweet and helpful. The room we experienced was clean and the bed was so comfy., with a warm comforter, sheets and a full bedspread.
The breakfast was wonderful, a full breakfast meal, not just a donut 🍩 and juice 🧃 like many places out there.

Great check in after making reservations on the Choice App. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is somewhat normal to Comfort Suites. 2nd time staying and definitely would stay again.

This hotel has the best customer service around! I travel a lot for work and every time I check in I am greeted with a friendly smile from the front desk representative Gyia, she truly makes you feel at home! Keep up the good work and hire more people like her!. Clean rooms as well. 10/10!

Everything was absolutely fantastic at this hotel. The rooms were clean, they put me in a room on the end on the top floor away from everyone else, and the breakfast was actually good which is rare for hotel chains.

Great hotel, super friendly staff. The king beds are so freaking comfortable! The staff is very personable and go the extra mile! The breakfast is pretty darn good for a hotel breakfast!

Ati was amazing! He was so helpful and personable. He had a great personality for the front desk! The room was so clean and smelled so good. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. I really wish I would have booked a 2 night stay because the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious!

My son was in town for a college baseball series at Avila University, so we stayed here. It is a very nice hotel.

Only negative, pretty much the same menu from day to day offerings for breakfast. The breakfast was good, not great and simple, although there was a variety of things each day. Had no trouble finding something to eat.

The rooms are very nice. Big, with a comfortable bed, couch, fridge, microwave, and nice big bathroom and shower. Really clean. Bed was very comfortable. Slept great. Very clean ! Nice closet and soace. Plenty of chargers and plug ins.

I had a great stay at Comfort Suites in Grandview. We didn't ask for an accessible room and can't say for sure how it compares but found this to be larger than even your typical suite at Comfort suites. There was a dual vanity separate from a very large bathroom in addition to the spacious "living" area with coach and bedrooms. The tub was large and had a rain shower as well as hand held nozzle. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay as well, and we found this to be an ideal location to visit Arrowhead, the southern Jack Stack BBQ, the plaza, and downtown during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and great value for price.

This hotel was really good. The room was perfect. It was very clean and modern. The pool was nice. The breakfast was also good for this class of hotel. I have nothing bad to say about this. 5/5 stars.

We stayed for three weeks. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable like home. Service and front desk were consistently kind and professional at the same time. I would stay again.

My stay was great came in early got a room immediately the hotels very new the room was clean spacious and modern the bed was nice and comfortable the staff is polite and helpful the location is good plenty of choices in food

The Front desk lady helped me over the phone several times, and was such a pleasure to deal with. She even had a little sewing kit for me when I realized my outfit had a hole in it the bed was super comfortable. We had a great experience.

It’s a little hard to get to from the highway the first time but otherwise it’s a nice clean hotel. I’ve been staying there about three days a week for several months now and staff has been very nice and friendly every time I see them!

I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay that’s clean, well kept and hospitable, look no further.

We stayed two nights for a local youth softball tournament. We've stayed in many hotels with the team and have never had anyone as accommodating as Michael. He allowed the opportunity to lounge and visit, allowed kids to be kids, understood that being a hotel guest doesn't mean sitting in your room the entire time, and made sure everyone was comfortable. Michael is truly a gem and every hotel would benefit from having someone of this caliber managing their guest's stays. I can't say enough good things about him! Our room was clean, the lobby was clean, breakfast was good, and the price was acceptable for the accommodations. Thank you, Michael, for providing us with such a GREAT hotel experience!

On Sunday April 10, 2022, I told my 9 yr old daughter to pick North, East or West for an adventure and she picked West. And so before we left home I book a room and traveled 4 hr later and arrived to the hotel.
The hotel staff from check in to check out was absolutely amazing!
I did encounter some internet issues and when I contacted the front desk was directed on how to correct the issue which was finally resolved.
When I booked the room I had originally had depart date for Tuesday April 12 and due to my schedule was able to stay another night, and when I acquired about changing my check out date it was easy and stayed in the same room!!!
The hotel is located 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City and will absolutely stay here again if I ever come back to Kansas City, and if my daughter had any say it would be the following week!!!!
