I just had multiple jobs done by Concept Flooring. I had new hardwood installed in my kitchen and master bedroom, matched to my living room and completely refinished, and carpet installed in the guest rooms and master closet. I can’t say enough about my experience working with Anthony Corsello and his teams. From the sale and quote to getting the jobs done it was a pleasure. Constant updates throughout the process kept me informed every step of the way. Even having their hardwood guy come back to resolve a minor issue was great. My floors look fantastic and I couldn’t be happier.

I used Concept flooring to put hardwoods in Master and Closet plus back bedroom. Team did an excellent job they were on time and finished early. They moved all necessary items and put everything back in place. They were able to match the wood that is already down and had seamless application. Owner stayed involved start to finish. I would recommend and use again.

We have lived in our new construction home for over 5 years. When it was time to finish the basement we wanted plush carpet in the media room and needed wood flooring that could match with some existing floors for other areas. Dave matched the product for us, recommended a great, thick carpet (Shaw Montage), and the installation team did a very nice job installing, even with modified specs over the years.

Our floors are comfortable for our family and beautiful for our finally finished home.

He is knowledgeable, kind, and punctual. The installation crew (Jimmy) did an amazing job. They covered all the places to minimize the dust. The installation was done fast with high quality. After 22 years in our home it was time to update flooring . I wasn’t sure what I wanted. My daughter-in-law was happy with Concept flooring . Anthony came out with samples and suggestions. We put hardwoods in the remaining areas downstairs that had carpet and upstairs hallway . New carpet on stairs and new carpet in 2 bedrooms. The installation crews were great to work with . They cleaned up after projects very well . I feel like I’m in a new house . It feels bigger and airier . So pleased . Other flooring companies let me pick but I wasn’t sure . I was having a hard time finding exactly the LVP I wanted. I finally found it at another store, but it was more than I wanted to spend. I had previously worked with Jeff at this store and he was extremely helpful, so I called him back. He got the same product at a much lower price. The installers did a super job---3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, foyer, and a hall all done in one day including removing and hauling away the old carpet and moving a LOT of heavy furniture. Jeff came by multiple times to check too. I could not be happier!

We worked with Jim and concept flooring to install flooring for our home. We replaced carpet in some rooms and refinished the wood floors in other areas. They made all the flooring flow well looks like it was all intended to be this way all along. Also I wanted grey floors but we have red oak, but they did an excellent job, we love the color. Jim also organized for a painter to paint the railings. The customer service is amazing, very responsive, extremely helpful, explained the process and made recommendations and gave me options. I appreciate the consultative approach. Very happy! Love our new floors so much we’ve avoided adding rugs for a while to enjoy them.

We were assigned Chris Baker as our project manager and he kept us informed and comfortable throughout the selection and installation process. We chose laminate/engineered wood floors for our entire 1500 sq ft floor plan and we’re shocked when it was installed in just over 6 hours! I cannot recommend their team enough. The entire process was professional, timely, and easy. Jeff is very responsive and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. The crews were able to demo and install in just one day. They were amazing. And we LOVE the results! The floors are beautiful, and we have found no issues since installation. The trim work and installation are perfect, and there are no more floor squeaks!! It’s wonderful;). We will be having carpet runners installed on three staircases, and that process has also been a breeze. Highly recommend Jeff and Concept Flooring.

We are thrilled with our new flooring. The guys arrived promptly and began by ripping out the old carpeting. Then they nailed down all the sub floors which had loosened over time, creating a squeaking and cracking sound as we walked over the carpet. Finally, they laid our new hardwood floors which look beautiful and we can walk on them without the cracking sound. The installers worked efficiently, quickly and cleanly. Thank you Concept.

Working with Concept Flooring was exceptional! Over the holidays my condo flooded and I had to replace all of my floors.
Turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because I love my floors so much more now than I did before! I used the Mohawk rare vintage laminate flooring--definitely recommend if you are going for a lighter look that really expands the space. Also the texture is extremely high quality and uniquely cool. Jim was very helpful, informative, extremely responsive, and went out of his way to make the experience as easy and high quality as possible.

This is the second time I've used Concept Flooring and I wouldn't use anyone else. They put LVP throughout my first floor, replaced carpet on the second floor, and put a runner on the stairs. Chris helped me with colors of flooring and carpet and his team was super professional. They did each of the jobs in only one day. They moved furniture, hauled away the old pad and carpet, vacuumed and cleaned everything up and replaced the furniture exactly as it was. Great experience. I would highly recommend!

The team at concept flooring was amazing! This was a long project, with lots of issues, and had to have them out several times due to constant changes in my kitchen remodel. Concept worked with me on every change, and found solutions every time we ran into a roadblock.
