Switched back to Verizon from T-Mobile and typically a visit to the cell phone store is worse than the DMV nowadays being hours....John had our numbers ported, contacts and pictures transfered and went the extra effort to get us out in under a hour...I am very impressed and if you want Nascar service ask for John

I came in and needed to get a phone replaced asap. Sean Kramer gave me one of the best customer service I have ever had. He displayed patience and consideration. Walked in here with a smashed iPhone that I couldn’t even unlock and also couldn’t remember my Apple password to recover all my info for a new phone. Mike completely hooked it up and was extremely patient resetting all my stuff so I wouldn’t lose anything. I walked out with a brand new iPhone 13 fully set up with no info lost in less than an hour. Couldn’t ask for better service, Mike is super nice and helpful! Appreciate it!

From the moment we arrived, Devin presented as friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He presented options, discussed pros and cons for each product and respected our decision making process.

It's also important to note that he was staffing the store alone and successfully attended to my needs as well as those of two other parties.

Easy in and easy out, small franchise, so not a lot of workers at one time, but patience and you'll get good service. It's tucked away in seminole mall.

I bought my iPhone XR from Joel in June. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me switch everything over from my old iPhone 6s and then made sure that my new phone worked with my Apple Watch and iPad. He even offered to pair it with my car. He was very patient and answered many many questions. This month I had to come back to the store after my phone had issues. The employees at the store, Joel and Donald helped me by explaining what they thought had occurred and explained in great detail how the phone works and were very complete in their diagnostics. Going to the store is like visiting a good friend who knows tech. They are very patient and I think they truly want to help their customers.

Very friendly and super knowledgable bunch. Needed a SIM card for a work project and they went the extra mile in helping me make sure that the SIM and service plan I bought would work in the device (not a phone/tablet) I planned to put it in. Store is also in a decent location

Ron Cooper was THE BEST. Not only did he present all of the possible options for my phone, he helped out with a personal issue I was having with the phone as well. Going out of his way to help me with something that’s technically not a part of his job speaks volume. If you’re looking for the best customer service, go see Ron.

I visited your store at the Seminole City Mall in Seminole Florida. I had a nice conversation with Don and let me tell you this guy is a fabulous rap. Not only he was he courteous and helpful. He was expedient very knowledgeable and a professional person I rate him fivestars. Better yet, I rate him 10!

We waited three weeks to come to the store as we were coming to Florida. The Verizon store in Ma was not at all helpful and confusing. We knew people in this store and were confident in their expertise. Our wait was rewarded with concrete answers and problems solved. Refreshing to deal with people who know.
