Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando Ocoee

The staff was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Breakfast was fantastic! & the room was very clean! Overall it was a great, calm atmosphere, would definitely stay again if in the area!

We were assisted by Ms. Marianne during our check-in process. She was very friendly and warmly welcomed us. Fortunately, there was an available room for us to check in early, and it was very comfortable. The location is also convenient as it is close to restaurants and mini-marts such as Circle-K or 7-Eleven. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we hope to come back in the future.

Super friendly staff and a great location. Rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely go back. Special thanks to Maria for making me feel at home.

We stayed there before our cruise and after. It's conveniently located close to the highway and to restaurants. The rooms were clean and commfortable. The best part was the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Room was clean and spacious. Lots of parking. Best part was when we checked in and then later when we came back after dinner. Keaona was at the front desk. She was so friendly, polite and engaging. Really made us feel welcome.

My stay at the hotel was magnificent everybody from the housekeeping, to the front desk, to the cooks to the maintenance man I would recommend this hotel to friends and family one of the best hotels I stayed at that had good customer service I will for sure come back and stay at the same exact hotel.
The rooms are really good and they was very comfortable. They had a nice size everything that I would expect inside the hotel room. They bathroom was well put together. The lobby was very beautiful. It was very home, welcoming while staying at the hotel.

Everyone working there was amazing. They all were very kind and welcoming. The hotel was just renovated everything looks beautiful. Breakfast was very good, the person behind it all has the sweetest soul always smiling. The GM was one of the best and kindest I have ever came across. The sales manager was just the sweetest person ever, he knows how to put a smile on someone’s face. Michael Lang also he is always on top of everything and looking to fix any of my inconvenience’s as they come up. Overall GREAT staff. Exactly how a hotel should be.

From the front desk to the room, next day breakfast and had some comfortable lobby time we have no complaints. We had a great experience and definitely making this our little weekend getaway spot with hubby to visit our favorites, his Uncle and his lovely lady! There was nothing wrong with this spot.

Stayed here for 2 nights and my stay was perfect. I like the location on the west side of town, easy drive to retail and restaurants.
They were able to check me in early, the pool/hottub area is nice and the
breakfast buffet is outstanding. They had fruit, cereal, eggs, variety of breads, waffles, yogurt and juices.
The room was what you would expect, small fridge and microwave. Everything worked as expected.
I was very pleased overall.

I sleep so good, but I'm 6'3" and bed was not long enough. The atmosphere was great.

Wow the staff was so friendly and helpful. They greeted me and remembered us every time we came in. They have a great breakfast and the girl who does the breakfast is so great smiling and patient with everyone no matter what time you show up to eat and kind to my three children. The pool is awesome. We loved the modern decor and rooms. Very well designed. My girls loved the seat in the tub/shower and the cookies at the front desk. Convenient location and quiet. Can't wait to stay here again!

I stay in this Hotel every other week because it is right next to my business in Ocoee and every single time I come in I get treated like family. Ebony is the manager here and she constantly delivers an outstanding service and makes sure that I am well taken care of. They provide a huge FREE breakfast buffet that has a little bit of everything! Who ever makes their eggs and sausage needs a raise! This is my go to hotel and there's nothing really negative to say about it. Except for their pillows.... They are so comfy that i sleep in late and im always late for work.

I was so grateful to find an extremely clean entry way, lobby and room!
During my 9 day stay I never felt like there was over crowding - in fact quite the opposite . And the staff? WOW! They made me feel so safe and like they actually cared for me. Sweet people.
I plan on returning with my bride for Christmas.

Room was clean and in order when we arrived. Staff had the child bed in the room already, so we didn't have to ask again (unlike at most hotels). The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was sufficient with plenty of options. Pool was clean. Only complaint was the parking lot size. It is small, so don't get in too late.

Friendly staff, sweet older lady, reminds me of my grandma. She's so kind. A little mini market of things you can purchase drinks, alcohol beverages, snacks, etc. In lobby area.. Soft king bed, chair, desk n another chair. Flat screen TV. Nice room. Bathroom clean love the little ledge above the tub. (Natural Brown earth tones tile) and nice big long mirror behind the bathroom door, another long mirror in room as well. Breakfast is pretty decent.

This was by far the best hotel stay I have ever had. Not only was the room amazing and beyond clean, the decor and ambiance of the whole hotel was simply on Pointe. The staff (all shifts) were amazing 👏 . Definitely worth the extra expense.

Fantastic service from check in to check out. The room, the pool and the work out room were very clean. The staff was very courteous, helped out with every thing we asked for. Overall the best Fairfield I have stayed at yet.
