Richmond Hill Pharmacy

I have recently moved away from Richmond Hill.i miss these people they are like family. I started using them in 1997. Never ever have I ever been disappointed. Gift shop is awesome too.

Words can not express!!! I came to this pharmacy today because hospice could only find the medicine he needed in their pharmacy. I did not have the money to pay for his prescription until tomorrow afternoon so I asked if I could come back then. I got in my truck and the lady that waited on me came back to get me. I went back in and she said it's taken care of. I said no it's ok I can get it tomorrow. She said no need that I already had enough on my plate. I did not even get her name, I was on verge of breaking down crying because there are not to many good people left in this world. She was an angel in my time of need and I can not say thank you enough to y'all for having her, she is very rare! She is soft spoken with auburn colored hair at pharmacy counter, if you see her please tell her that she is outstanding, wonderful, gracious, a complete angel! I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I did not want to be embarrassed crying like a baby in front of her. This is the type of person every company needs and more through out the world. I can not say enough about this, it was truly an honor to have us cross her path!!! Thank you so much and God bless you!

There is no other pharmacy like Richmond Hill Pharmacy. I cannot begin to tell you the difference in care you receive from the staff and Pharmacist vs the national chain places. The level of care is nothing like you find now a days, they are extremely compassionate and help you jump through the hoops, it’s fast, friendly service and hometown atmosphere is amazing! In the last year on 3 different occasions they went over and beyond to help my family! Forever grateful to have this gem in our place we call home. Thank you again!

The gift shop is pretty amazing as well!

I regularly come here to buy gifts! They wrap for free. And they have a military discount on Thursdays. The staff is SO NICE and helpful.

I have been going here for years for all my pharmacy needs. They are all so kind and there's a family atmosphere here every time I go. If I have any questions, someone is always there to help. It's just an all-around great place and wouldn't change my pharmacy for anything .

Update , My insurance company took this pharmacy out of the pharmacies that they'll let us go to that the insurance company will pay for our meds, so I've had to go to another pharmacy . Well let me tell you , what a difference, and not a good one . I'm not about bashing anyone's business or them , but when I can I'd rather pay money out of my pocket and still go to Richmond Hill Pharmacy than the one I've had to start going to . So I do just that , I pay cash for the meds I can afford to pay for out of pocket and go here . Richmond Hill Pharmacy is just the best all around from the care and attention they give to you and your questions to just everyone being so warm and welcoming every single time I go in there 😀.

Also, they do give discounts for cash pay to help those without insurance pay for their meds .

This is hands down the best pharmacy around! I love the same day service and amazing customer service!

Their staff is so sweet and friendly! They offer so many services like immunizations and specialty compounds that other pharmacies don’t offer or have the ability to make.

Love the staff here! They get scripts back fast too! The pharmacist took his time explaining a saliva test to me. I love looking at all of the unique UGA items for sale too. It's refreshing seeing a family owned business

I usually go here to pick up meds for my dad and step mom. Filled my first script here this week. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable.
