I must say that I was very skeptical about getting appliances from this company based on some of the reviews that I read. However I am VERY pleased with the great customer service that I received. The owner communicated with me on every aspect, from the ordering process, the delivery status, and any updates that I needed to know. When they delivered my complete kitchen appliance set the driver set everything up for me and also made sure everything was working. I have 2 rental properties that I own that needs updated appliances and I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you Alexander for keeping your word and delivering a great experience, you have truly got a customer for life with me!

(Edited 2/17/2022)Purchased 4 Piece kitchen appliance set. Dealing with Alex was easy and merchandise arrived as described. All appliances are in working order and would definitely use this company again. Communication and service was Excellent. Saving was substantial ! Update 2 Months later. Dishwasher had broken upper tray and heating element did not work. Tried to work with Alex for 2 Months, He did try to make good and brought me another upper rack that was not correct and a heating element. Dishwasher still does not work and Alex promised to replace. After repeated phone calls that went to Voice Mail. I left messages when Voice Mail was not full and did not receive any satisfaction. End result is I am currently on Permanent Ignore with my Non Functioning Dishwasher. Very Poor Customer Service and do Not Recommend this Company. Was promised Replacement and had delivery scheduled 3 Times and Alex was a NO Show, No Call !!!

⚠ Be warned. Do Not Buy from this company. Alex is the CEO, owner, and the one to deliver and install...so it does no good to report him to the company. He is polite, but a cheat, basically a thief, & a liar. Takes your money, leaves you junk appliances that look good but are faulty or broke, and not cheap. The warranty is useless because he doesn't come back or fix things. He made appointments to come but never showed, never warned he wasn't going to make it. Poor communication skills. After a few calls, he quit taking calls or answering.

Pictures: he used an adhesive / "special glue" to jury rig "fix/seal" the oven door. I was told by another company 7/10/23 that it's an incorrect fix; dropping the stove broke the track the door sits in, and lost the clips that hold it in place
1. Shattered glass, he dropped the stove in the driveway, broken oven door
2. Knobs - he just swapped the faulty ones from one side to the other
3. One side of bottom oven door, not sealed
4. Other side of bottom oven door, not sealed.

Anything above one star, is a fake review. This man is polite enough (when he answers or shows up) but is definitely the master of avoidance and fraud. I stupidly and blindly trusted that the appliances would work well when he kindly provided a “45 day warranty.”

Appliances showed up, they look nice enough but the stove was different than the photo and did not match the set I ordered, not to mention the oven barely worked. He did bring me a replacement oven which was nicer, but had a big crack in the panel where the knobs are. After I started using it I realized the temperature does not regulate on the burners or the in the oven, so ive ruined a few meals already 🙄 fast forward the refrigerator stops getting as cold as it did when he dropped it off.

I expressed my concerns to Alex, the owner, and have given him well over a week to set an appointment or respond. I have not heard from him and found out today he’s blocked me.

We got scammed. It’s just unfortunate, most people looking for a deal on appliances it is typically because they cannot afford to buy new and are already struggling, so shame on this man for taking advantage of so many people.

The reviews alone are all sounding exactly like my story, this man is clearly just bad at business and does not care.

Karma is real though and I have the time and money to take him to small claims court. See ya there Alex 🤗🤗

Purchased a kitchen set (Stove, over the range Microwave, Refrigerator, built in dish washer) in December 2021. Appliances were delivered on time and all seemed good. Went to use the dishwasher and it did not work. My husband contacted Anthony and he brought him parts. Parts were replaced and the dishwasher still does not work. Anthony then told my husband that he would just trade it out for another one. Anthony never showed with the other dishwasher and now does not return calls or texts. Would not recommend purchasing from this place.

I am so beyond aggravated with the owner of the company it started off great I ordered a dishwasher stove and refrigerator and a washer I received all of my items and they appear to be working fine however when I went to use my washer it did not work it appears that the sensors may be off I’ve tried calling several times I finally got a hold of him he was supposed to come out and replace my washer and he did not give me accurate delivery times he was a no-show and he is now not answering his phone after several phone calls and messages. Poor customer service they should be ashamed

Purchased a stackable washer and dryer for 400.00 cash only. Was given a year warranty. We were happy .Used the washer 8 times and motor burned up. Contacted Anthony told me to send him the invoice # I did so. He never contacted me again or returned any of my calls . Made several stops at his place of business and never there. I am the guy who never posts a review but in this case because there was no effort from this man to help us out I felt moved to post this. NEVER buy an appliance from this company .

This company is a joke. They ripped a hole in the kitchen linoleum delivering the appliances. The dishwasher does not heat. The refrigerator ice dispenser does not work, the water dispenser works part of the time. They was supposed to send a guy out to repair the floor no one ever came. They was supposed to send someone out to look at the appliances they never showed. Then he said he would just cashapp money so we could repair it ourselves. Hasn't done that either. Stay away from this "company". They are quick to screw you over.

Canot tell if they are still in business. alex does not return calls nor show up for appointments. I have to strongly suspect he has frauded me out of $1000.00. I intend to prosecute if this is the case.

Anyone having further information on this, I welcome you insight. Jack
