Hilton Garden Inn Miami - Brickell / near Key Biscayne, FL

We have stayed here on a couple of occasions and have enjoyed it both times. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating both on the phone and in person. I first contacted them by phone and spoke with Andria who addressed my request immediately. Tia who checked us in and Lina with the valet both were outstanding. Alejandro in the restaurant/bar area was also very welcoming and remembered us from our previous visit. The hotel is about 1 mile from the main Brickell area but the free trolly makes it easy to get there. Also, it is a very walkable residential neighborhood. Public transit makes it easy to get most anywhere in the area.

We stay here nearly every year for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and it’s amazing every time! The pool is lovely, staff is friendly, and valet is very quick and efficient. It’s always clean and well taken care of. Thank you for another great stay!

Everything about our stay here was absolutely amazing. Room was spacious and very clean. Our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the city and pool.

My family and I just completed a 7 day cruise and we booked a few rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Miami Brickell South until our 9:00 PM flight back East. We had a party of 16 people and at least 30 pieces of luggage. Kia was my contact during our stay. She was very accommodating especially since we arrived early. She allowed us to house our belongings in a safe space until our rooms were ready. My nephews were able to use the pool. She was very helpful with the shuttle information and site seeing selections for my daughter and other young adults in our party as well as eateries in the area. Tia was able to check us in early and we could relax with our little people. Overall the staff was very accommodating. Tia was friendly, informative, attentive and approachable. She is a great asset to your organization. Thank you and your staff for making our stay seamless.

Hilton Garden Inn Miami Brickell South provided a comfortable and convenient stay during my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel's location in Brickell South made it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhood and nearby attractions.

Amazing service from everyone in particular Tia at the reception, she was just amazing! Really helpful, her customer service is just a good reason to comeback to the hotel! Really surprised! Good location, nice hotel! Highly recommend specially for plane pilots

Everything about my stay here was amazing. We had incredible service from Tia at the front desk. She held our bags until it was time for us to get on our cruise and made for a fast easy check out. Tia made our stay much more enjoyable and memorable.

My family scheduled a cruise out of Miami. We flew in a day early and made reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami Brickell South.
We had an early morning flight and arrived to the hotel around 9:45am. Upon arrival we were greeted by Tia and Luis and both of them were very friendly. Tia started to check us in and Luis immediately started the process to hold our luggage. As this was occurring, my husband realized that he left his backpack in the cab and we did not get a receipt or know the cab number.
Tia was very calm and assured us that she would help us track down the cab driver. She told us not to worry and said we should have our bag by end of day.
She immediately notified the manager and asked them to review the security footage. Luis followed up and asked for the details about our arrival, the time frame and number of passengers. With this information, they were able to find the cab and provide us with the cab number and a company phone number. We were then able to call the cable driver and retrieve the backpack.
They were able to do all of this while still checking in our large party and assisting other customers. I want to give a huge thank you to Tia and Luis enough for their quick actions. It was such a relief to get our backpack before leaving for the cruise. As for the hotel, we only stayed one night room was great and the customer service was superb!

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Miami - Brickell was pleasant. The staff (valet, front desk, housekeeping, bar attendants) was very welcoming. professional and helpful. Justin and Tia made sure we were comfortable for the 3 days we visited their hotel. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff was so kind and friendly. The hotel area is cozy and quiet. The only bad report is the horrible breakfast and I heard that management is aware and will be making some changes.

I cannot praise this hotel and staff enough! Due to a family emergency, I flew to Miami and stayed in this hotel while my dad was at Mercy Hospital. First, the hotel location was very convenient to the hospital as I uber'd back and forth. The hotel was clean, bright and professionally run. Second, the staff...THE BEST STAFF! Huge thanks to Tia, Justin, Israel and the entire front desk staff for showing me so much compassion as I navigated each day and came back to the hotel night after night not knowing what the next day would bring. They were kind, flexible, generous and good at their jobs. This staff and hotel was a bright spot through some very tough days. Thank you so much to the staff at HGI Miami Brickell South!! You are THE BEST!

Easy and very affordable. Great snack area for those last minute late night snacking. The bed is SO comfy. No view per se, but the location was very convenient for us. Valet parking available which was great.

This gem of a hotel is tucked away in quiet and remote side of Miami. The grounds and interior are fantastic. They provide daily hot breakfast for $14.95 and Happy Hour in the evening.

The customer service was exceptional! Tia was such a bubbly and attentive rep.

The ONLY downside to this location is the daily valet fee of $25, otherwise, money well spent!

Great location just a few minutes away from downtown and in a very walkable neighborhood. Tia & Brian at the front desk were very helpful, and Alejandro behind the bar was great to chat with after a long day.

My husband is a Dimond member and we appreciate good service! And Louise and all the hotel employees was amazing! Good location, good value for money

Tia and Nick were our check in/out clerks and their customer service as 5 star!! We asked about recommendations and different things and they were spot on! We came for a two night stay before our cruise.rooms up to date and clean.pool was clean. We sat at the bar with Cindy for some great conversation. We def recommend this place.

This hotel is SPECTACULAR! The continental breakfast is amazing, the rooms are perfect, the hotel is in a great location not too far from downtown, and their customer service is outta this world. Best part about this hotel is bartender, Cesar, and TIA she goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience she’s a gem and she needs a promotion.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden recently and my stay was absolutely lovely. I was on vacation and I enjoyed myself. The hotel was clean and nice. Also Tia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful, she gave restaurant and activity recommendations in Miami. I definitely will be staying here again when I return to Miami.

We chose this Hilton hotel for its excellent location. It is close to downtown, museums, beaches, aquarium & gardens! The hotel was clean & updated. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious. Quiet! Exactly the way we like it! We had a view of the street out front. I enjoyed watching locals on bicycles ride by. The hotel has a retro vibe. The condominium across the street is probably of the same era. Banyan trees line the streets! It's classic Miami beauty!

Need shelves and HOOKS in bathrooms. No where to hang cosmetics bags.
Food at the lobby bar was great
