This shop fixed my bike so good I hardly go back lol. But I’m going today for a maintenance check up.

Also my spokes kept breaking and other bike shops fixed the problem and it happened again,

this shop fixed the problem reinforced the spokes so it would never happen again unless I really put the bike throughout hell.

And i am a big guy and i go over a-lot of gullies and bumps. Haven’t lost a spoke since going to trek! Thanks guys!

I can’t say enough good things about this bike shop! I went to other bike shops in Sebring and I’ll never use another! This shop had a bike tech that races bikes 🚴 i think . I asked him he does something like that

They In any case he is very knowledgeable in all things bike! Other bike shops in Sebring fixed the problem and I always wasn’t satisfied with the level of work.

Trek is my go to bike shop because I know my bike will be fixed right the first time

Every time I walk into the Trek Store, I am greeted by Matthew's warm welcome and attention to my needs. I know that whenever I enter the shop, it will be a pleasant interaction. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional but he is not a high pressure sales person. He will give you all the facts and let you decide for yourself which bike is right for you. He was very patient with me as I weighed all of my options. The store is clean, well organized, and has a nice selection of products. Repairs/service are done very quickly and at a fair price. If you have any cycling needs, I highly recommend the Trek Store. And you will be supporting a local business!

I stopped in with lots of questions and got excellent advice. The young man was very knowledgeable and had me test ride a few bikes, unfortunately the bike that I think is perfect for me is not in stock in my size at this store and I will be traveling on before one could be received. They were very kind to point me to a trek store in my destination to get in touch with and order ahead. Great experience! I feel bad that I won't be here long enough to purchase from them!

This is the best bike store in Sebring Florida! Matthew and Matt provide the best excellent customer service every time I enter the store. I bought a Trek Verve 2 and I’m so happy that I did. The bike is super comfortable and fun to ride. There is nothing better than knowing that Matthew can take care of all my biking needs and order whatever after market parts for my bike. I can’t say enough good things about this bike store. I highly recommend Trek Bike store for all of your cycling needs. These guys are the best in town and are fantastic!!!

The number of times I go into this shop is crazy. Matt and staff are amazing. I've had Matt do all the work on my bikes. I've bought 2 mountain bikes from him. I'll continue to go to Matt. I'm a guy who never liked Trek. Matt and his extensive knowledge swayed me. I'm loving my mtb. If you need ANYTHING bike related in the Sebring/Avon Park area, this is your go-to place! My wife and I visited Trek Store Sebring FL to have used bikes serviced after our initial purchase. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and very professional. Once they were done our bikes were all but new. They identified a couple important safety issues and repaired them perfectly. We now have two bikes that should give us years of excellent service.

When the time arrives that we want to replace them or require any service we will do it here. We would highly recommend that anyone purchase or have their bike repaired or serviced at Trek Store Sebring FL.

Brought my daughter's new bike in for a repair ( purchased elsewhere) rode out with a new bike! Excellent customer service. Hers was not repairable and returned to store of purchase. They took the time to explain the issue and gave lots of options, without suggesting we buy one of their bikes. Thank you for helping her to be safe on her new adventure.

I have been to this shop several times for various reasons and have always had fast excellent service. Most recently I took my bike in for some repairs as the gears were not working properly. Matt adjusted the bent frame and also the gear system. No charge. I left it there to have additional service performed and was told the charge would be around $50. I went to pick up the bike the next day and he lowered to to $30. I would have gladly paid $50 but it is good to deal with honest small business people.

Matthew is amazing always helps me with my son's BMX bikes..he seems to always break something. Love them so helpful, and understanding.

I needed new tires and tubes on my best bike. The shop was opened promptly and greeted us in a friendly manner. We were quoted a price and were informed that it would be ready by 3:30. When we came back it was ready. I left a happy customer. This is the way I like to be treated. The personnel are professional, reasonable, prompt, courteous and dependable. I would highly recommend Bike Shop to my friends.

The owner Matt and his staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, I’m very happy with both of my bikes.

It is terrific to have a great bicycle shop close to home. Owner Matt is extremely knowledgeable and customer focused and he took his time with my wife and me explaining anything we didn't understand. Matt has been very helpful, bought a Trek 1.1 bike, they helped me get it all set up and explained all operations of it. I have bought all my running shoes there and each time has taken the time to explain why he felt they were the right shoe for me. Knowledgeable and patient staff. Small town customer service, something I always miss at the big box stores.

Definitely 5 stars!! Went in to check on different bike because I had knee replacement and couldn't really ride my road bike well because of issues with new knee. I came in store & the owner immediately came up with 2 different things to try to help me. He made the changes and I am back on my bike!!! Thank you so much!! Would highly recommend this shop!!

I bought a bike for my boyfriend for Christmas so we could ride together. He loves it. We brought the bike in for your free 30-90 day checkup and adjust. I will be in soon to trade my bike in for a new one. I already have it picked out. Your sales person was very knowledgeable.

Extremely knowledgeable and polite. My sons bicycle is an inexpensive bike we bought elsewhere. It broke a derailer. We ordered the product online and brought it to the bike shop. We had ordered the wrong product but the bike shop had the right one in stock in for less money than what we had paid online. We were out the door the same day. Since then I have bought running gear and brought my wife's bike in for a tuneup and was super impressed with the gentleman I dealt with.

These guys are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about all bikes and can help in every aspect from a new ride, to accessories to service. I bought a Trek Hybrid several years ago from them and have brought it to them for service ever since. They have never disappointed...
