Express urgent care Greenacres provides exceptional care from the moment you enter the door until the moment you leave!!! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and really excel in every aspect of patient care!! This practice isn’t dry and sterile like other urgent cares, it’s more reminiscent of a mom a pop establishment where they really care about treating you as a person!! The provider Marva Carpenter APRN is very knowledgeable and takes the time to treat each patient with care. The lobby and rooms are very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone after personally visiting many times!!

Literally fast and efficient. I just spent 5 days in the hospital with my son & had to sleep on that hard couch they provide, causing me severe lower back pain. I walked in and the experience was absolutely great from start to finish. The front desk girl was very nice & even complimented my sweater. The medical assistant who took care of me was incredibly nice, & the APRN Marva was literally an angel. She empathized with me & ensured me she’d take great care of me which she indeed did. As someone who also works in the medical field, this by far was a great experience as a patient. 10/10 Stars ⭐

One of the best urgent care centers in the area. You’re greeted quickly upon entering the facility. The Nurse practitioner Marva Carpenter is highly knowledgeable and able to answer and treat any concerns you may have.
The medical assistant Malak, shes also on point.
I take my elderly mother there too, they are very patient and understanding with her.

I came into urgent care because I was informed I needed to get a tetanus shot due to my injury and my line of work. I came in thinking I would only need that. I was attended by Mr.Roberto a nice young man who took a look at my wound, cleaned it out, and gave me options on what I can possibly due from so forth with my injury. He gave me medical supplies to make sure I clean it out every day and keep it wrapped up. Then came a nurse, Ms.V, who made sure I wasn’t in pain, asked a few questions about my injury, and provided me with prescription medication to make sure my wound wouldn’t get infected and gets healed it. Overall, my experience there was perfect and the people who took care of me were very nice and professional. The service was fast and efficient, I recommend this place for anyone that needs to go to urgent care.

Marva & Donna were fantastic. Marva took the time to really figure out what was going on with my eye and even had another doctor take a look to confirm the diagnosis. Marva is very kind and thorough.

I had the best experience here. From the moment I step in, the staff were very nice most especially Miss Marva Carpenter, she explained me everything and advised me with some treatment to make me feel better. Over all was great.

Jennifer Reyes Nurse practitioner was very courteous, well educated and attended to my concerns today. Definitely recommend her if you are not feeling well.

Xpress urgent Care greenacres is the best urgent care I have ever been to.
Their office is close to my home, I have never had a wait time of over a couple of minutes (to sign in)
I prefer going to Xpress urgent Care rather than my primary doctor.
I have never been turned away. any medical problem that I have had arise they're able to take care of it, and they do it with a smile the staff is all very friendly.
The doctor there, Jennifer Reyes, APRN. Is very nice she is always very kind and spends plenty of time with me. I wish I could have her as my primary doctor. Then I'd actually like to go to my primary doctor.....
It is so nice having Dr Reyes right around the corner from me. It is always a pleasure to see her "even if I am sick. or a little busted up"🤢🤒🤕
If she can take care of a grumpy old man like me I'm sure she could do wonders for you.

This is my second visit in 1.5 yrs and 10/10 I walked in with severe pain & walked out with temp pain relief, Marva Carpenter really took the time to exam me and see what was best, she prescribed a medication that really helped me and I feel good as new, she also educated me on a couple of things which really helped. The young thin MA was very Professional as well. TY

Greatest urgent care you could be blessed with entrusting your care to. I had a bad case of strep throat and needed additional care due to the original care not being enough. Nurse Practitioner Carpenter heard me coughing while getting my vitals checked and felt it was important to start my care plan before my vitals were even documented. She was patient and listened to all my concerns. She was so kind and caring to me. She helped me quickly and efficiently. I love her and will take my family here if we need heart felt care. Thank you again Ms. Carpenter.

The people at this location always do a great job. My son plays basketball and we have had to come for injuries and they always give him great care. I recently was in a car accident and needed x-rays and to be checked out. Jennifer was caring and covered every area of my injuries with great care. And even gave my prescription next door so when I left I had my medication in my hand to go home. Mike the radiologist did a great job with a good sense of humor. I noticed he was willing to go outside his field to help the staff out. The front desk person was welcoming and she was very kind. Anna, who processed my paperwork ended my visit with smiles and good conversation. I felt I was in a place with personal care with expertise knowledge. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
