Puppies Plus

1 week ago today I bought a another yorkie puppy from puppies plus. We. Also purchased another puppy 1 year ago. Christmas, we are very, very pleased with the quality of the puppies and the care that they receive while they're at the store I Highly highly recommend this pet shop and Serena. The manager is a very sweet great person to deal with.

I purchased a toy Australian shepherd back in September! I truly believe she is my soul dog❤ I love that she came with all her AKC paperwork a bit expensive but worth it

Great selection of puppies. Don’t expect to pay less than $2400 for a pup. This is the only puppy store around located in the mall.

My wife personally knows the owner and these dogs are NOT from puppy mills. They are ALL from private breeders. She actually felt safer getting our Yorkie here than from a private breeder she didn't know. We agree it's best to adopt but if you enjoy a certain breed and you can't get it then it's okay to shop. My wife has rescued hundreds of animals in her lifetime. Since she's allergic to animals she got a Yorkshire Terrier here. Jami is among the most awesome dogs in the world!! Actually, she is the most AWESOME dog in the world!

Kim helped me through the process of adding 2 fur babies into the Maysonet household!! She was fantastic, she truly went above and beyond to explain the purchase process and allowed me to spend the time I needed to get to know my new babies. What impressed me the most during my last visit was that by the time I had arrived, she was already clocked out but stayed an additional hour answering my questions and concerns. Kim should be given a reward for willingly volunteering her time this past Saturday to help me understand why I couldn’t take my babies home yet. I cant wait to bring Lola and Pepe home!!! We had a great experience at Puppies Plus! Our basset hound is healthy and happy. We were helped throughout the entire sale process since we could not pick up the puppy right away because it was for a surprise.
Whenever I call with a question or concern I am helped promptly and professionally. I was given pointers on training the puppy. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean. I would love to go back and be able to purchase another basset one day. Thank you Puppies Plus! :-)

I understand the negative comments come from a place of good intentions but it’s really not cool to slam someone’s business based on feelings and not knowing ANY of the facts. It is not a “puppy mill” and they do not buy from “puppy mills”. We bought a Havanese puppy from them and they were very transparent with us on her history and where she came from. She came from a reputable breeder as they all do at puppy’s plus. They were very thorough with making sure she was 100% healthy, with proof, before giving her over to us along with a 1 year guarantee against any defect what so ever. I physically watched them take some of the dogs out so they can play together in a designated area. The bottom line is this, if a family like us who were looking for a specific breed with AKC papers either go to a breeder or a puppy store. I am very glad we chose to go through puppies plus as we are very very very happy with our puppy and were very happy with their professionalism and how they run their operation

Our baby Luna just turned 6 months old this week and it just occurred to me that I did not leave a positive review for Puppies Plus. It was very difficult to find a reasonably priced cavalier In prime health for my young son. They did not disappoint and she is the joy of our life. Thank you for all that the price included and the above and beyond service. Looking forward to adding more to the family in the future.

Alexi is an asset to this store. He has the patience of a saint. The associates all very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a million questions and Alexi answered all of them. We did end up getting the cutest puppy. Alexi is the definition a good customer service which has been lost in today environment.. Kudos!!!

This place has been nothing but a great experience phill and the other employees have been nothing but helpful they put a lot of love and Care into these puppies. I promise the staff are nothing but friendly. I was happy that the have a safety precaution before handling any puppies. I look forward to taking my pup home.

We purchased a bichon poo puppy from here one week ago for our 15 year old son. We had to have his partner that he grew up with a yorkiepoo named Dolly put down last month. Our Nellie came with an AKC puppy resource kit a health guarantee, the breeders info and pictures of her parents as well as a pedigree and she was chipped. If you're looking for a pup to complete your family look no further than Puppies Plus

Backyard breeders or puppy mills aren't able to supply you with AKC pedigree papers . That's what I got when I bought a Maltese puppy from puppies plus a year ago. Most beautiful healthiest dog I've had, the dog came with papers proving that it came from a breeder with paper showing the family history going back 16 Generations to me that's not a backyard breeder. I have the name of the breeder and did some research on them yes it is business but ran very well I'm very happy with my purchase. A lot of people say it's better to adopt I will agree, but if you're looking for a specific size or breed dog this is the place to go. and you get what you pay for.

I would like to say that 17 years ago I bought a French Bulldog from this place. He did have some health issues and developed a hernia that eventually had to be surgically taken care of. The Vet at that time, which was the vet they sent us to, did tell us his minor health issues he felt were because the dog had been taken away from his mother to early. Again that’s just what we were told. Everything was covered by their health warranty tho. He ended up living 16 years and gave myself and my daughters great joy during his life. We took great care of him and he never had any other health issues throughout his life. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and that they did back their warranty of the dog.

I’m not a huge fan of pet stores, but every puppy needs a good home - and this store does a good job of finding their puppies homes. The moment I saw Bailey I knew I had to take her home. I really appreciated that the store limited interaction with the puppies to keep them healthy. The store associates were very generous, letting me stay with her for hours after expressing my interest in taking her home. My only complaint was that the store would not hold her for when I was able to bring her home. Through a series of fortunate events, everything worked out just right so I could pick her up after returning from vacation. Bailey just turned three and I could not imagine a day without her!

Bought a Boston Terrier 5 months ago, and will be back in the future for my next puppy. I spent a year looking for a rescue, but could not take a large, old, or ill dog, and try to find a puppy as a rescue! After watching the Puppies Plus site I decided to visit the store knowing I would come home with a new furry friend. She is very healthy and loves everyone. Thank you Puppies Plus for having the one I needed!

We have bought a couple of puppies from Puppies Plus in the past and they were wonderful little friends. The store and Puppies are always well kept. My little Yorkie, Bubba John just passed away and I was looking for another Yorkie and I found one at Puppies Plus. His name is Boo!! and he is very Healthy and is an excellent little friend. We LOVE him to death.

The owners are very knowledgeable and honest to do business with.

I purchased a bichon-poo last week from the store. I could not take him home right away however i went there everyday and visited the puppy at the recomendation of the sales woman. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and curtious each time i visited. It was a pleasure to make this purchase there. The day i took the puppy home i met the owner and he spoke with me and explained everything. I purchased the puppy as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I highly recommend this business! Yes, the prices may seem a little high at first impression but keep in mind they are not the breeder. The owner is providing a service and operating a business for our convenience and after the great experience i had i would do it over and over again! A wonderful place and wonderful staff! Thank you to all!

My husband purchased our sweet cocker spaniel from this store 15 years ago. She was always a very happy healthy dog. Sadly we lost her a little over a month ago. She was a very healthy and long lived animal.

We got our frengle here two years ago. He is the healthiest, best looking dog I've ever seen. I have been to pet stores where every single dog has a runny nose or eye boogers or a cough. This store is very diligent about making sure no germs are spread through the kennels and their puppies all have looked very healthy.
