I highly commend T-Mobile for the professionalism & high quality of customer service provided by employee "Gian" who went above & beyond her call of duty. Her charisma and kindness turned my frown upside down after helping me. She not only fixed my problem but she also took her time to explain why by walking me through the process. She is definitely a diamond that deserves recognition & deserves to be a store manager without a doubt.🌟💯

Came in with my family about a bill, Brandy W. was able to help with the bill, get us a good deal on 2 new iphones, all while under a lot of pressure from having a ton of customers waiting. She handled everything very professionally and as fast as she could. We will be coming back to her for any help for sure.

Had gone for a Wi-Fi plan and got probably one if not the best routers I have ever used. Not only that they have great customer service with fast results from time to time, but you will have a great experience getting your phones set up as well.

OMGoodness!! I have so many amazingly good things about my experience of becoming a new T mobile member.Ill try to keep short ..but it was a very good day. Sweet, Very educated on product everything, went the extra mile with making me comfortable and assisted me in everything i was looking for. The whole team seemed to just roll with each other in help issues and just smooth. Patrick and Christian and Faith.. or Hope.. maybe Grace .. can’t remember.. sorry lol. Sorry friends .. but Jay stood out for me and my sons visit. To interact with customers like they are human is so rich in the world today. Drew and Jayles got us as their last customer of the day, and still had the energy time and knowledge to help us get our service activated, and even though their work day was over they continued to get us out with our new line / service working in the best customer service mood no one would expect from anyone after a busy day like the tmobile store has daily. Praise and thanks.

Jay was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job for us. We would recommend making her a manager/trainer. She was helping us and co-workers with such a great attitude. Great job Jay, thanks.

Andrew W took the time to help me with problems that other phone services would not. He took time to explain the new. Phone, and also the problem with my trade in. I know it was frustrating, but he didn’t lose his cool and tried to keep me from losing mine! Give the man a raise . Working out my issues with the phones I w as trading in was not easy. He has great people skills. Definitely management material.

Drew was in it for the long haul. He did not become frustrated with everything that I wanted done.

In March of 2023 my old cell phone stopped working so I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy phone at the Sebring store. We ran into some issue with the account & the new cell phone. All the staff associates and the store manager at the Sebring store worked above and beyond to resolve the issue and ultimately resolved them. I was very impressed with their diligent efforts! Kudos to the entire staff at the T-Mobile Sebring Florida store!!

Both Christian and Jay were so helpful and thorough..I had an online activation that went haywire and they were able to escalate and resolve even though it was time consuming!! It was much appreciated and I'm highly impressed:)

The employees there are great! They have helped me more than ever in the past couple of weeks. Especially sorting out the mess I had by calling customer support and them telling me one thing and it was wrong and had me going in circles! A huge thanks to Mack and Drew that work there for helping fix my internet situation!

I was very pleased with the service I received at the T-Mobile store in Sebring Florida! I was treated with respect and a smile even though they were extremely busy! They took care of my issues with professionalism and in a very timely manner! Highly recommend this location!

My husband was having trouble with an issue with one of the accounts on his phone. We tried everything to fix it and finally went to the T-Mobile store in Sebring. They were all very friendly and Melanie was extremely helpful. She fixed the issue! Thank you for your kind and courteous service!

I'm very pleased with this sites staff and especially the site manager. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I was having major issues dealing with asurion for my replacement device and the manager, I believe his name is Rick apologies if I'm wrong, even stepped in on my behalf and dealt with them for me resolving all issues. I've been to numerous sprint stores all over the country, this is by far the best in terms of knowledge and customer service.

My husband and I went into the store about a week ago to switch to Sprint and we got two NEW Galaxy S7. The customer service was excellent! Everybody was so nice and patient with our cellular needs. They even took the time to explain all the different options my husband and I had in choosing a plan that best fit us. We were super satisfied with the quality of service we got. I highly recommend this store. 😊

Don't mind my email and profile name, i tend to use this for important messages and well here we are, I writing something rather important, I believe it was Monday I decided to get an upgrade add my brother to the line and change my plans, and it was fast easy. Two of the young ladies at the story Ally and Brianne were spectacular and very informative. I have always had doubts dealing with sales reps but they've showed me how helpful and honest they were. I am 100 percent satisfied. Customer service like theirs is why I and my family are with sprint.
