Todd and others, Ashely, Brittny, Ronnie, Jim, Vinnie and I'm sure more behind the scenes did a outstanding job with and for my Dad. From the time they picked him up, to the final being laid to rest part of the services, it was flawless. Many "Thanks" to all that was a part of my Dad's home going. Highly recommend Todd and their services.

Todd and his entire staff did an amazing job taking care of my precious mother. They truly made the most difficult time much less stressful and manageable with their compassion and love showing in all aspects of what they do. My siblings and I did not feel rushed or pressured when trying to make all the decisions that have to be made after the death of our sweet mama. Thank you all so much!

I have attended several funerals at this location and never had a bad experience. My family would not continue to use this funeral home if they did bad business.

At a very difficult time in my life, Todd and the staff left no stone unturned to see that my husband received their best effort to honor his life and us, his family. Meh. I paid $4K to rent their space for a Sunday funeral service. The details were all handled by an out of town funeral home which I paid for separately. I was aghast when I discovered they were 'closed' on the weekend (Saturday) and no one would be there to accept flower deliveries. This is a stressor that was completely unnecessary at a time when the world was seemingly crumbling. Who EVER heard of a funeral home that was not open on the weekend?? One of the employees finally agreed to post her phone number on the door and would drive to the office in the event of a delivery. Luckily, most of the flowers made it, but some did not and this was very upsetting to those that tried to honor my husband. In hindsight - I could have rented many very nice venues for $4K - and I bet the flowers would have been accepted on a Saturday without all the difficulty.

I should have posted this year's ago. He showed up...I'll digress on his stae of mind but...the facts are..he said as I stood over my sweet grandmother's casket." Don't fall in the hole". Then as he left he ran over a tombstone!!. I had to pick it up and reset it. If he wasn't drunk then there isn't an excuse. Don't use these idiots. To the owners... I'll be happy to meet you and straighten this out the right way. You are not worthy of the job you are responsible for and you have lost your compassion for families that are grieving. If I could shut you down I would.

I met the Ferreira Group at an outing recently. They were there promoting their business. To be honest, I was inquiring for information, wanting to be prepared. They were not very friendly, and I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling from them. I don't feel led to utilize this funeral home for us, unfortunately.

My husband very suddenly passed. I was not prepared and so a friend googled funereal homes. Of course I was not even thinking except that he needed to be transported somewhere. I call Ferreira and arrange for them to come and get him. They picked him up and were very nice and did not rush us. After they left my friend called them to find out about how much it would be and realized I could not afford it. Since he was just going to be cremated, a friend recommended a place that we would get a discount because we were native American and he was a veteran. That is when it got awful. Ferreira would not release my husband until I drove to McClenney to pay for the transportation fee. They were going to hold my husband hostage. WOW. Luckily my friend knew it was against the law so they backed down. I will never ever recommend this place at all.

My father in law passed away, a good Baptist man he had purchased a complete package in 1995. It was supposed to take care of everything. When we arrived with my mother in law who was in her 80's and very grief stricken, they sprung on her that they no longer did a concrete liner it had to be steel and it didn't include opening the ground and closing the ground or the tombstone. It ended up costing the family an additional 7000.00 dollars plus 3% for using a charge card. She was to upset to have to deal with any of that so the family handled it. Ferreira blamed it on the previous owners of the funeral home but I found their handling of the situation very unprofessional and very much their fault. Bottom line if you pre-purchased a funeral package at an Atlantic Beach Blvd. funeral home more than two years ago - you might want to check out now if there will be unexpected charges.

I would not recommend this place, prices are way to high and they cremated my step dad without my mother's knowledge and just telling her they would charge her a daily refrigeration fee after 7 days while she was trying to come up with the money to have him cremated
