I dragged my husband to a yoga class but it was worth it for the alpaca time! For the farm, I rate it 5 stars. The owner Louise, was very informative and genuinely enjoyed answering our questions. There are a variety of males and females in sections. They did provide alpaca snacks on frisbee disks to feed them after the class. The residents also have chickens and small dogs on property. I really enjoyed feeling their crazy soft fur and watching them hop around. The family has an alpaca store where you can buy beautiful alpaca goods such as socks, soaps, or yarn to create something yourself. They have yoga and QiGong classes available while the alpacas roam free around the students. Farm visits are by appointment only. Overall, the animals look very well taken care of and the family is very sweet.
