Absolutely, hands-down the best cake I've ever had. I provided Dawn with an idea and a picture of what I was thinking and she knocked it out of the park. The flavors and artistry were so impressive. The top layer was raspberry Chambord and the bottom layer was Madagascar vanilla bean. So moist and flavorful! I highly recommend her for any occasion.

We hired them to do a cake for our baby shower and it came out absolutely lovely! We had a mushroom themed baby shower and have them an invite for inspiration, they got all the little details spot on! Not only was the artistry flawless the flavor was immaculate. We got an almond cake, with banana crème filling and cream cheese icing she turned brown to make it look more log like. Our guests were thrilled with the cake!

Wedding cake was perfection! She was very attentive to our allergy needs and the cake was designed around that. Everything was delicious! The cake was exactly what we envisioned for our beachfront wedding! Thank you so much!

Oh my gosh! Creative cakes aid the best in the area if you want a special cake. I showed Dawn the owner a picture of a casino themed cake that I wanted for my husband’s milestone birthday. She captured everything I was looking for and more. She took the time to understand the design and make meaningful suggestions. She also did an amazing tasting for my mom and me to help us decide on the flavors. Not only was the cake a work of art but it was very delicious as well. It was my delight and pleasure to find Creative Cakes by Dawn when planning the surprise 90th birthday party for my mother in law. I wanted something very special and beautiful. Someone pointed out her Facebook page to me and I couldn’t believe my eyes! I knew right then and there that I’d found the baker and artist I’d been looking for. I connected with Dawn and found a cake she had made before that I loved and we did a little tiny adjustment. All of this was done over texting. The cake itself was a delicious vanilla with a raspberry filling. It was to die for!!!
The beauty of this cake cannot be described, my mother in law seriously did not want me to cut into it!! She just wanted to look at it all day😂
The topper for the cake was kindly ordered by Dawn for me so I didn’t have to order a much cheaper one from Amazon! I asked Dawn if she might be able to deliver the cake to my house the morning of the party, as I had so much going on and no refrigerator space to store it if I picked it up the day before, she was more than accommodating.

This cake was AMAZING!!! When my sister sent the picture we were all holding our breath. This was the first time ordering a cake since we left Miami and weren't sure what we would get here. For professionals who are truly good at what they do, it can be hard to get excited or impressed when you know what something should look like. I gasped and was actually giddy when she sent me the picture. I organized a 20th Anniversary party and my sister coordinated with Dawn what we wanted for the cake. The theme was "Steampunk" and we could not have been more impressed with her design and execution of the style. She not only worked with our ideas but was professional, kind and gave us options within our budget. We would absolutely recommend using her and would also recommend being realistic and respectful of her. Creative people who are meticulous with the details like this deserve it and this shows what she is capable of. The 50 guests gathered excitedly around the cake to snap pictures and loved how fun and perfectly it fit the theme. A huge Thank You for a very memorable cake! ❤

Creative Cakes did the cake for our baby shower and it came out amazing! Dawn was fantastic to communicate with, took the inspiration photos and created the perfect cake- better than I had even expected. The detail work was beyond my expectations and she even came up with an alternative solution for the toppers to save a couple of dollars. They delivered the cake to the venue and she actually went back out and found some greenery to add to the table- above and beyond. Oh and the cake tasted fantastic. Cannot recommend this place enough and look forward to using them again for future events!

I can write a whole essay on my wonderful experience with Dawn and Creative Cakes and Candies. I will try to keep it short. First, I only had 2 wks to organize this wedding. My Future brother in law was coming to town and I wanted to do it while he was here. I walked into Creative Cakes and saw the most amazing perfect cake. I know it was not made for me but at that moment I thought it was just for me. Dawn did not only help me with the best looking and best tasting cake ever, she actually helped me find a venue and even called the owner at Yellow Dog to see if they were able to accommodate me in such short notice. I feel her calling the owner helped me. I am so grateful to her for helping me and I thank her for my beautiful cake with all the bling I asked for and I tell you it was sooooo delicious. Everyone even people who do not generally eat cake devoured it. They should be talking about me but they still talk about the cake. Thank you Dawn.

What an amazing talent. We have used Creative Cakes many times for numerous celebrations and have never been disappointed. The cakes and cupcakes are beyond creative and are the focal point and add the creative touch to bring any celebration together!

We had a small intimate elopement with our closest family and then went back to our beach house for food & cake. We were in absolute AWE when we first saw our cake. Every little detail that we asked for was replicated and THEN SOME. It was stunningly beautiful and tasted absolutely amazing. Dawn and I exchanged photos and ideas over text message to help narrow down the look of the cake, and she was able to match our wedding teal color exactly from a texted photo. They also provided a tasting kit that helped us decide on the flavors and fillings we wanted for our cake.

On the day of our wedding, the cake was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we wanted. The cake stand that they rented us added to the grandeur of the cake and really made it stand out. And most importantly, the cake was delicious! Our guests raved about how moist and flavorful it was.

Creative Cakes and Candies is beyond amazing. They were completely swamped and yet they accommodated my request to make a special tea party themed cake for our granddaughter's third birthday. It was the most beautiful cake. It was a real hit at her party, with everyone asking where it was from. Dawn worked with me to make our dream cake and we couldn't be happier!

We saw a similar design on Dawn’s website and asked her to design it around our baby shower theme and color scheme. Dawn was able to re-create to perfection. As soon as the cake came out at the baby shower, the oohhs and aahhs were overwhelming. Women were rushing forward to take pictures of this gorgeous creation. The top layer was chocolate and the bottom was vanilla with a raspberry filling. Every part of this cake was edible, and so delicious. I would highly recommend Dawn’s creations to everyone. She was extremely accommodating, very talented, the cake was ready on time and it was a huge success!

We have been using Dawn and Creative Cakes for years. She always is able to go above our expectations for our events. We recently had a gender reveal and were blown away by the edible artwork! We always go with the vanilla raspberry chambord flavor which is to die for, but we also has some chocolate raspberry chambord cupcakes and they were out of this world! They made the absolutely perfect cake for my sons first birthday. Worked with me to bring my creative design to life. All Vegan, All Edible, and tasted sooo amazing!! Even the non-vegans loved it!! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a top of the line cake design with no issues or complaints!! Came with a FREE Smash Cake!!

Dawn does such an amazing job! This cake looks amazing and tastes amazing. The detail is exquisite. Yes, it even lights up! My hubby was completely blown away by his birthday cake. This is truly the best cake I ever seen in my life. This place did an amazing job. I told them exactly what I wanted and they went above and beyond. I was in shock when I picked it up. They made my daughter birthday party even more magical with the main cake and the smash cake. I show everyone this cake because how gorgeous it was. Not only was it amazing but it tasted amazing. It didn’t taste extremely sweet to where the point you can’t even eat it like most decorative cakes do. It was just the right amount of sweetness. If I could give this place a 10 star review I would. I will definitely becoming here for holidays and celebrations. Also the people there are super sweet and kind.

Dawn did a fantastic job on my husband's 50th birthday cake. Ordered a Jordan shoe and couldn't have asked for a better result. Cupcakes were yummy as well.

I wanted to have a special cake made for Chinese New Year, and discovered Creative Cakes while looking for a place to have it done. Dawn was very helpful and came up with a beautiful design. The cake was already amazing, but since it was finished early, Dawn added some designs to the front and back as well. Our Sifu was stunned beyond words when he saw the cake. Thank you!
