This company was very professional when contacted. They asked the right questions to determine whether it was an emergency or not and sent a repair crew accordingly. The responding crew explain what the problem was and completed the repairs and also explain how the system works. Finally, they give me tips on different real world problems I could encounter and how to mitigate them until they are repaired. GREAT JOB CAMERON & crew mate.

Our alarm was going off for the septic pump in the morning. Called Terry Crews Septic Tank Inc, spoke with Cameron what was going on. He arranged his schedule and he and a co-worker came out about an hour later. They quickly found and corrected the problem while it was raining. Very polite and professional workers, would totally recommend and use their services again if needed.
