Drains Plus of Jacksonville

Had my well pump go out sometime in the night last night (21 April). I used Google to find someone to fix it and Drains Plus was one of the first ones that appeared. I like keeping things as local as possible so when it said “of Jacksonville” I almost disregarded them. I looked at the Google search closer and saw they had a Macclenny address so I decided to give them a call and I’m so glad I did. It took a couple times of playing phone tag but I finally got to speak to David, I explained what had happened and what I was able to do to help troubleshoot the problem. He had a job first thing this morning (22 April) but he would come to me as soon as it was done and that I would have water before they left my house. David let me know when they were coming my way and as he was turning into my driveway. David arrived with Bud and got to work right away. As they were replacing my pump we discovered my pressure tank was also bad so Bud left to get one, not one complaint about having to get one or having to stay here longer to fix it as well. Both guys were very personable and down to earth. As promised, they stayed until the water was flowing and the pump was working correctly with no leaks. Every question I had was answered in great detail without any hesitation. I appreciated their patience as I had quite a few. David and Bud were very courteous and respectful. This is why I like supporting local, these guys will always have my business anytime I’m in need of their services in the future. Thank you Bud and David and Drains Plus!

Called David on his way back from vacation in another state. As soon as he was back, he came over immediately. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. His work is phenomenal and prices to match. He came out for one house and ended up fixing problems at two different properties. I highly recommend him and his company. Awesome people. Called at midnight for a leaking pipe in my well house. Was leaving town for a week and didn’t want to leave the family home with an issue. He came out and got me all fixed up and never one time did I feel like I was inconveniencing him. Number saved in my phone and will be calling for any future issues or upgrads

Called Bud after hours on Saturday with a well pump problem described what the proplem was and he was so helpful and was able to get me back up and running in a few hours time. Called Wednesday and spoke with David about some repairs and installation of new bathroom fixtures I needed done. David and Bud were at my home the next morning on time and ready to work. I called after 3 on a Friday afternoon
December 16, 2022. Dave & Bud were amazing. They said they were on their way home from a job but would come right out (Who does that, no less on a Friday late?). We had found a leak under our bathroom sink.

With previous RV experience they knew what to do. I even told Dave on the phone if you are going to come out thinking it will be just tightening connections; that’s not it. He professionally responded “Ma’am, if we come out, we are going to fix the issue”. FIX THEY DID - Diagnostics, Supplies, Success! This was right before the 6-night hard freeze in north Duval county.

Bud is very personable and professional. Was hoping our issue would be resolved the same day and it was. David was amazing and problem was easily resolved. Called this company on Saturday and explained that I wanted to replace a 20 year old water heater, which by the way was WAY past its prime and a bunch of years too old. Was told they would be out on Monday or Tuesday. Early Monday morning was notified by them they were on the way to my residence.

An EXCELLANT job of removing and taking old tank away. Replaced with a new water heater. Cleaned up after theselves, even placed plastic on my porch so as not to stain indoor outdoor carpet. Happy wife, happy life.
