We just recently retired from the military in Minot, North Dakota and moved to Florida.Our new retirement home required quiet a few repairs and we contacted Ronnie Sapp Plumbing service. The services required, ranged from fixing the hot water heater to repairing my well. I found them to be very professional, courteous, reliable,and knowledgeable regarding their work. Ronnie and Tilly made it out to my farm property in Sanderson and rewired my well pump in the cover of darkness and nothing more than truck lights. Good folk are sometimes hard to come by but dear lord he could have called it a long miserable day and said I'll come back tomorrow but he and Tilly stayed. He wouldn't leave until he saw water pumping out of my well system. You need an endorsement? Take this one to the bank. Ronnie Sapp and his crew are legit. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Ronnie has once again helped me by fixing a major problem with my pump. For years he has responded to my calls for help with both my pump, and my daughter's pump. We have two household s on the same property, and Ronnie has been our lifesaver for 20 some years.

Our well was coming on every 10 minutes or so for no reason. He came out. Husband paid him $125 for service call which was fine. He diagnosed it as the foot. We called every day for over a week. No return phone call. Never gave us a price to fix the problem. We had to call another company. So then we paid another service call and they fixed the problem. I would have given him zero stars but he did correctly diagnosis the problem.

We called and all we needed was a coupling to connect our pump tank, he said about 1 hour. 2 1/2 hours later and a trip to his house and still no help along with several phone calls with no answer or returned call. Really frustrated

Called to have my well looked at as i have had no water in days and they said that they would come out the next day. Next day comes and No call No show.. took my business elewhere. If you dont wanna do business just tell me over the phone and i will get someone else..

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and talked to the owner about a minor plumbing issue, was told they work around the clock, and would be coming out to the house in a few days. I never got even a call, the time passed so I decided to call them. I got no answer, left a voicemail, even tried a few more times and nothing! This is no way to operate a business I can tell you that.

Horrible. Said he would be here after lunch. Never showed or gave a call to say he wasn’t coming. Would not recommend to anyone.

Don't call backOr when you do get a hold of them they don't show up

Truck broke in my yard for months . Still could not fix well and get it running.

Does not return calls or show up on time.
