CCI Construction of Brevard

We are on St Joe Beach, Florida in the Gulf of Mexico rebuilding from Hurricane Michael. Good contractors have been hard to find. Met with CCI representatives - Tony Pate and Bill Garner. Both were very professional and knowledge about construction options. They took the time to listen to our rebuild preferences and helped us acheive our desired remodel plan. We have contracted with them to rebuild our townhouse. Bonus for me, is that Tony's uncle initally built my townhouse. Recommend this CCI Team.

We bought a fixer-upper in Indialantic and wanted to do a large scale renovation, all new floors, update the bathrooms, fresh paint and more. We met with two other GCs prior to meeting with Dan Crawford of CCI, but Dan impressed us with his timeliness and professionalism. This was our first home (and first renovation), and while we had a good idea of what we wanted, we needed help working through the steps of getting there. Dan provided good ideas for improving our plans, and he worked with us through the entire three month renovation cycle (ended on schedule). As problems came up, Dan worked with us to quickly resolve them. We’ve been in the house for a couple of months now, and the place looks amazing. It’s undergone a complete transformation from its old 1990’s style to looking more like a magazine showroom. It’s apparent that Dan and his crew take pride in their work, and we’re extremely satisfied choosing CCI for our project. I know choosing a GC can be tough, but I highly recommend Dan and CCI!

Very professional! They remodelled whole school ( 5000 sq foot space). Re design whole space , build additional walls, repair floors , install new tiles , instal all ceiling lights ,took care of all permits in city of Miami Beach. I never had to worry about a thing. Great service I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who is looking for construction services
