The customer service here is very good. Dealer Pawn & Jewelry has many items available from tools to electronics. The prices here are comparable to those on eBay. I have only purchased items from here and have not loaned or "pawned" anything yet.

Dealer Pawn & Jewelry has been my primary pawn shop for years. I always get a fair price for items I sell/hock there. And the staff is polite.

Alex is a go getter and will help find you anything you need! My mom and I have been going to him for many moons. Frank is an awesome guy and of course Ma! 💜 she always has some hidden girlie treasures and they know exactly what I like, my mom too! If I ever need money till payday, a brand new piece to add to my collection, or even a piece of jewelry that is broken, they fix it a quick and don’t over charge like most do. If you see a piece of jewelry and want it truly, Alex will work with you and see what he can do. He’s absolutely an amazing person and great shop! I don’t go anywhere else! I’ve never had anything fake come from there at allso I don’t know what that other person was talking about. I see Alex and Frank test 100% of everything that walks in the door. This is my everything one stop shop. Wouldn’t trade them for the world!!!! Thank you to the whole family! 💜

Since moving to Melbourne 3 years ago, this is the only shop we have ever used. Since our first visit, there was no reason to ever go out and look for alternative pawn services. Staff is great! Always nice, more than fair, fast, and non-discriminatory. An emergency had come up unfortunately on a Sunday and had to look look for some extra cash and decided to sell my old phone. Went around multiple shops since this was closed appraising and the best offer I got was $175 on a practically new phone in the box... I knew this wasn’t right and decided to come to dealer pawn the next day and got $300 no problem! Definitely recommend for ALL your needs.

Side note - Ignore these 1-star reviews. They’re completely untrue. I can’t even picture the staff being “rude”.
One of the girls that left 1 star has like twenty 1-star reviews for various companies. Only 5-star she gives is for her defense attorney, marijuana dispensary, and doctor’s office (notorious for over-prescribing narcotics) 😂

Awesome guy, gives fair deals, easy to deal with, and super fast process. Doesn't try to rip you off like the other pawn shops around here. Best pawn shop around, in my opinion.

Eric and all the employees are the most knowledgeable and fair pawnbrokers I have ever dealt with. They always offer more than fair prices when you have an item to sell or pawn. If your into any kind of jewelry they have by far the best selection in Brevard County. I will always be a loyal customer!

I lived in Melbourne over 10 years ago and stumbled upon Dealer Pawn when looking for a 14k gold chain and haven't had to look any place else since. I moved to Orlando since then and yet, this is the ONLY pawn shop that I will purchase from and/or trust. I make frequent visits down to Melbourne to see if I can find a one-of-a-kind item that noone in Orlando has seen before and it never fails (if only you knew). Alex and Frank are always there, always willing to go the extra mile for you and have worked with me on many many many many different occasions with my jewelry purchases in ensuring that I was completely satisfied! The repair man is on-site and does really good work and is very very courteous. I'm actually on my way down this morning and was checking the hours of operation and kicked myself for not having left a review after all these years. It never ceases to amaze me what I stumble upon when I walk through their door and when I return to Orlando, it remains my little secret.

Long story short, any review on Dealer Pawn less than 5 stars, the reviewer must've just been having a bad day!

Raise your hand if decent, trustworthy, and understanding are the first things that come to mind when you hear pawn shop. This place and these two gentlemen will make it so. They worked with me in order to help me keep my items during this crazy time. Incase you are wondering, it wasn't in their interest to work with me. My items were worth far more than the little interest they were getting from my pawn. They were always polite and fair even when I was struggling. I am a customer for life. Look no further if you want to be treated with respect and rest easy knowing your doing business with two amazing gentlemen.

These guys are the best. Seriously. They give top dollar loans. They work with their customers, such as not charging extra for an extension. There've even been times I was short a little, and they gave me a "discount" and allowed me to retrieve my items even though I didn't have exactly what the pawn slip said I owed. Another time, they gave me a second loan on an item I already had in with them. Like I'd taken a loan out in my watch. A week later I was in a bind and called them up. They let me have a secondary loan on the watch, so I didn't have to take another item and start a new process. Like I said, they'll do anything they can to help you out. Super cool people. 5 stars. Only place I'll ever go for a loan in Brevard county. The few people who are giving them bad reviews are either mad because Alex wouldn't a) give them $5,000 loan on a CZ ring worth $4.99 or he called them out on stolen gear. Stuff like that. Last thing- the store is full of cool stuff. They have almost everything you could possibly think of. Definitely worth checking out.

I love coming to this Pawn Shop. Alex, is always there and helps me in anyway. I buy all of my TVs and jewelry. If I’m ever in need and have to borrow money, I’m never worried that I’m going to lose my thing. He always works with me. I have been coming here for at least 10 years straight. He is my pawn shop man. Lol

Top notch five star pawn shop. When my life turned upside down as a single mom and I had to help my son, I had to make some quick decisions. I knew right where to go being a jewlery fanatic. The store is perfect and it is packed to the max but the atmosphere is one you want to be in. A great family business and good honest people. Alex has been so fair, understanding and willing to work with me during my worse time in life. The amount of merchandise and the abundance of jewlery is quality and worth the time to go in, rummage around and take home some amazing deals. Best Reccomended pawn shop. If your looking for a person that will risk everything for your service. Mr.Alex is the man with the plan. He helped me, plus two customers on the phone and had us all done at the same time! Hes a super Hero!

Family owned and they treat me like family. Great prices and very fare business transactions. I have done business this this Pawn Broker for years and have always come back. Dealer Pawn is the only Pawn Shop I do business with. Highly recommended.

Fast and simple. Customer service is great. They give you the best offer u will ever think of. I came in for $20 and left with$45. If you want faster service and better pricing and pawning, Alex is the best trust me ALEX IS THE BEST IN BREVARD COUNTY!

I've done business with Wheeler Dealer for many years, they are always fair when I need them. Excellent communicators, honest about their pricing and pawn valuation, and carry some interesting items.

I can only say that this little shop. It is very nice to go into yes it might be a little dirty. But you will not believe what you can fine in there if you just want to look there’s a lot of stuff to look at. Great staff. I would not go anywhere else. They will work with you. On any pawn or what you would like to sell.
