Guerry Funeral Home did an amazing job with their services for my loved one. They were extremely respectful and professional through out entire process. Their chapel was spacious enough for our entire extended family and friends as well as the plethora of floral arrangements. The audio and video process was easy and made it all the more special for guest attending to reminisce and celebrate the life of our mother. Great people and great service. We will be a customer for life.

Myself and my family have hired other funeral homes in the past, but there is something special about Mr. Guerry and his staff at Guerrys. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to a very special employee, Alexis Scheider (Lexi), so thoughtful, caring, understanding and taking such beautiful care of my mother, Sylvia. She explained and discussed the plan and arrangements with grace, compassion and a clear understanding of the process. The daily calls, texts and visits was so sincere. She wanted to make sure our every thought and need was addressed, right down to every detail. The pound cake and the ham, delivered by Lexi..1st Class.

I would rate Guerrys a 5 star ⭐, from the first day we walked in the door until we left the cemetery that afternoon. Ms. Lexi, we can never thank you and the entire staff enough..If my mom were here today, she would say, I love you and THANK YOU Honey!

Guerry Funeral Home far exceeded our every need in regards to our father’s funeral. He was the first death that Guerry’s Funeral Home dealt with, who had COVID-19.
When you think about a loved ones death, you believe they will go peacefully....just drift off to sleep. But when they die of this horrific death, COVID-19, you only hear the “stories” of what the doctors and nurses tell you. They are your eyes and ears, because you cannot be there when they pass.
When we were getting ready to go in and see our dad for the first time in almost two months and to say our goodbyes, we were all thinking the same thing. What will dad look like? Will we recognize him? Would he look so bad, would there even be an open casket? As we walked in, the casket was open. As we laid eyes on him, we got this peaceful feeling. You could tell that they took very good care of him with dignity and respect while also following protocol. He looked as if he had just drifted off to sleep. They made the blow of a very difficult situation, a little easier to handle.
