I went to TS yesterday for lunch and got the Caribbean Jerk and it was made into a salad. The customer care and guidance from Angelica for my coworker and I was top tier. She was patient, welcoming, and very polite when we took some time to order. Thank you for the customer care! Highly recommended

I'm not sure of their names but the team working today , Mar 4 2024 at 445, is on it!! Second time I've seen that same team and the service is super fast, friendly and gets my order exactly correct. Great job you guys! 🙏

Always such smiling faces and friendly atmosphere! Store is clean and food is hot and fresh and the smoothies are made to order and come out perfect every time !

Recently they now opened back up to order in lobby without having to pay through the app and I am thankful for that because this location is very convienant for me now. Never had any problems with my orders but there is usually a little more of a wait at this location.

My mentor and I went to tropical smoothie this morning and when we arrived they just received word to close up for the day due to the bad weather. They allowed us to order and sit down to eat while they closed up. Shoutout to the two employees working this morning.

The Tropical Smoothie Café has fantastic smoothies, the Café is cute and beach themed and the staff are super sweet. They have tables and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your smoothie --the drive through is busy but the inside is quiet.

All food is made to order. If you want a wrap, they make it the spot. You can swap out the turbinado sugar for Splenda, you can have any wrap made into a bowl and if you are picky about an ingredient because it is made to order, they will accommodate your request--

All of the smoothies are good, you can not go wrong -- our family is working through the menu.

The app has great rewards if you download it, more discounts if you do the survey on the receipt -- it makes a nice little date night for healthy food.

My absolute favorite thing about TSC is that it right next to Planet Fitness, so as a reward for working out, I can get a smoothie -- so motivating!!! This is a picture of the Detox Green smoothie, I love it. I have one every morning. That's why I'm all about the discounts listed above. Addictive!!

p.s. I see the other reviews below everyone has a complaint, I do go every morning and have not had these issues. Bad service is few and far between. When the service takes a bit they apologize, they have a sign about staffing issues and if you are in a hurry you can order on the app or if you walk in you jump the car line.

Since I’ve started going to tropical smoothie I’ve had some really good smoothies and some not so good. I’ve had some that tasted really watered down and not much fruit flavor to them even when I added the extra fruit. I ordered one the other day and again it tasted watered down so I told on of the employees and she was very friendly, kind and offered to make me another one. She made it and it was perfect. Kaitlyn is awesome and I appreciate her wonderful customer service and she takes care of everyone with a smile and a great attitude.

Everyone could use more Kaitlyn’s in their business. Thank you!!!

Josh also does a great job, along with a few others. I just haven’t gotten their names but Josh always stands out. He’s constantly hustling and makes some of the best smoothies. My co workers and I order just about every day and every time he’s there I know I can count on my smoothie being on point.

They made our food fresh and it tasted awesome! The smoothies were very good and the price is far better then McDonalds and other fast food chains.

Yum! First time trying this place and we loved everything about it. The smoothies were delicious, the environment is light and airy, and the food was on point. We had just came from the gym and this felt like a healthier option to take with the options that were available to us.

Troy was great and made my experience wonderful. I have never experience customer service so great until I met Troy! He was polite and made everything perfect? Everyone needs to experience Troy as a worker!

Haven't been to one in a while but everything was great. Food was hot and delicious based on what I ordered (jerk style chicken wrap) and the smoothie was great as well. Just under $14 with an apple lol

Amazing smoothies! You can get protein blasts for that after gym snack. If you have any food allergies they will make your smooth in a decontaminated mixer, which has been great for me! The food is also great. This tropical smoothie is also the fastest in the area. The wait is almost non existent, even if you complicate your order. Make sure you ask about the retired smoothie list, they already have great options, but it is only 25% of everything they will make for you. My personal favorite is the Orange Dream!

They were excellent! My wife and I were traveling. I placed a mobile order like 2 minutes away from the place, and they had it ready just a few minutes later. Not only that but the food AND smoothies were spot on! Very pleased.

Some of the smoothies were not available due to the ingredients being out of stock but we were still served yummy smoothies and enjoyed what we had.
