I want to put a spotlight on the stellar customer service I received today 2/24/2024 by associate Marlene! Not only did she have such a welcoming personality but she excelled in her customer service skills! Please recognize her for her outstanding customer service skills and for treating customers so well! She is amazing!

Went thre to buy some new work shoes. Process was very easy. Scan the shoe you wish to try on and they bring them out. I had them bring out 4 pairs, they were very helpful and super nice.

Shout out to Tyson working in the shoe department. Had a hard time finding a pair of Nike Pegs that was my size and color I wanted. Eventually found a color I could live with but was kinda meh about it.

Was waiting in line to check out when Tyson comes running up and has a pair of Pegs in my size of the color I really wanted.

Absolute legend, he coulda just let me walk out with my backup backup backup backup color choice but he wasn’t having it.

The world needs more Tysons.

The manager that helped my husband and I with our treadmill on purchase today was just awesome. Great personality! Saturday,8 April 23, around 3 in the afternoon. She was really helpful and nice to us. Such great service is much appreciated.

This place is amazing. So many options, so many useful thingy ma bobs. Lol. The staff was very friendly, the store is laid out nicely and you can easily see where things are when you walk in. Good experience.

Great store, so bright and cheerful for shopping! Sales attendants were super helpful and I found exactly what I wanted and needed. I highly recommend this store!

The employees are so helpful and patient.

They had my size in the Hoka's that I needed. The clerk helped me get the shoes on and was very personable!

It was really nice. We were greeted when we came in, there was a sanitizing station which included masks if you didn't have your own, the store itself was very clean and neatly laid out, we were offered help finding what we needed (we declined - and then asked for help, which was received!), the cashier wiped down her register between each customer, and when we went back today to make an exchange (I got the wrong size shoes), everything was super easy and just as clean and pleasant as before. We will definitely be going there again and would absolutely recommend it.

Decent selection, very clean and organized facilities, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. It does not, however, have retail outlet pricing.

Amazing customer service!

We shop here for our grandchildren (4). They are very much into sports and this is the place to go. We get individual attention with each child and each sport. They explain cost versus how long the item will give good service. Sometimes cost is not the deciding factor. Given the choices and expert help, I always feel I've done the best for the grandchildren. This really is one of the best places to shop sports.

Store was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, was able to get in and get out quickly. Inventory on some items was low due pandemic, but that is beyond their control... manager said they should be getting ramped back up to normal by end of July...

I needed a treadmill ASAP. I was greeted by Gustavo who showed me the models and answered all my questions. Lisa completed sale, explained service options and also answered questions. Both were very kind.
I place a lot of value on customer service and they were great. Manager DeJae was also very helpful.

Very friendly fast service

I have to give 5 stars. My husband & I were in this past Friday 6/24. I had decided I would buy my archery bow. Austin, who works back in that area, was absolutely fantastic with me! This was my 1st time ever shooting & using a bow. Austin was so patient with me & answered all of my questions. When I left I felt like I had a much better understanding on how everything worked. Ty so much for taking all that time w/ me. Please keep up the outstanding job!!!!

Marlene was amazing and took the time to watch me and my husband walk to find the shoe that was best to correct how we walk. She has more knowledge then a Podiatrist! Thanks again Marlene!

My husband received excellent help and suggestions from Marlene in the shoe department! She is very knowledgeable in her department! If you have foot or back trouble get Marlene to help you get your personal fitting insoles and a shoe to compliment it. My husband wouldn’t even take them off after walking around in them, they felt so good! His back pain has gone away! Thank you Marlene!!

Very helpful salesman got us set up with a kayak rack and helped carry out the kayaks. We got a great price on our two kayaks and loved taking them out last weekend.

I brought in some golf clubs for new grips.. 5 minutes later out the door. Will definitely return. Friendly staff
