Hey Lowe's is pretty consistent from Coast to Coast as well. One of the things I look for tools that are common and not necessarily that private label brand. In this case a 3M protective sunglasses seem to work really well even if you're just jogging. In addition they work well if you're doing outside work and the Sun and you need the UV protection as well as protection from things that may come off of a nail or as a result of working with the power tool.

This will now be my forever favorite Lowe’s!! Rae was phenomenal!!! She came to my rescue and saved me thousands of dollars LITERALLY! Her professionalism & knowledge in her department helped me decide on my purchase with clarity and confidence in what I am getting! For ANYYYY of your hardware store needs even if it may not be flooring go find Rae!! 😉 She is an amazing help! If you’re reading this THANKS RAE!

I came to Lowe's today looking for some planting materials, soil, pots, plants etc. RAYNA was very helpful, showing me where to find everything and answering all my questions about how to grow kitchen herbs, with many recommendations on supplies and tips. She clearly knows a lot about gardening, her department and I appreciated her expertise, as I am new to this. I will certainly be returning and enjoyed my experience!

I like shopping at Lowe's. The one issue I have is the military discount policy change. It changed from 10% discount on all items to select items. I will not buy items from Lowe's that are exempt from the discount.

The Lowe's in Suffolk, VA is great. Was having some difficulty carrying all of my supplies and Drew, although he was busy himself, stopped what he was doing and aided me in my situation. Thanks a bunch, Drew!

Karen was a tremendous help on items in the outdoor furniture area that were on sale but not marked. She called 3 different managers looking for the correct price. Soon an offer was made for the 2 chairs (originally a set of 4) and we were on our way. The chairs are perfect for our motorhome. Thanks Karen!

I went to appliances department to day, and it was awesome, I went to purchase a hot water heater, and the customer service me and wife got was excellent, her name was Stephanie, please give her a raise, she was very formative, and very friendly, alot people in customer service should take a lesson or two from her, she is great, Thank you Stephanie, keep doing what u do, God bless u

I rarely write a review, we had fantastic help from Debbie with the Blue hair finding the correct Dewalt tools and packages. very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous.

Alvin!... Excellent hire for Lowe's! He was asked to help from the young man that was already helping me. The first young man, had to excuse himself, Alvin, took down from the top shelf a large, vert heavy Gladiator locker. Not his work area, not his responsibility....took on the task just to satisfy the customer. Alvin in lumber...excellent service.

I took a battery back to exchange. Went to find new one and none on the shelf. I didnt get her name but she saw they had one in stock. She couldn't find but looked until she found it. Then was going to help with weed eater. She kept getting calls to help other customers. Stayed with me until found what I needed.

Veteran parkig, military %, expert advice. I was able to install my first vanity and toilet with no leaks thanks to Lowes and thier professional stafff.

This Lowes location is always clean, organized and well maintained. Staff is friendly and very helpful. My Boxer and I go weekly and they usually have treats for him. To the point he expects treats form everyone now when we go in. :)

Came to find some plumbing needs. And Laura went above and beyond to help us with everything that we needed. She had a great personality. She had excellent customer service, and I look forward to seeing her again.

A good place for all of your home needs as far as repair, construction, lawn and garden, and more. Plenty of brand names to choose from. Many items are rarely out of stock. Prices are comparable to other similar stores. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

I would like to thank the Assistant Manager Schemeker for all she did to help me in getting my Samsung Washer fixed. I had missed placed my receipt for the warranty on the washer and when I called it in they needed a receipt to prove I had purchased it from Lowes. To make a long story short Ms. Schemer got on the phone and called Corporate so that they could send a receipt to me. She went out of her way and helped me to get it and I really appreciated all she did for me. She is a hard worker thay cares for her customers and it shows. She is a dedicated worker and highly favored. She is a diamond that sparkles bright.

One of my favorite stores and as one of their biggest customers, I am here at least once a week and sometimes more. I built my own home using materials from Lowe's and depend on them wherever I am at to quickly find the materials I need. Great customer service, prices, and selection!

If you are a DIY person, then this is the place for you! Lowes and Home Depot have pretty much the same pricing but may vary depending on the products

Four days before Christmas and needed supplies from Lowe's. To my surprise I didn't find any employees that were rude at all. The exact opposite. Every employee I dealt with was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Keep up the good work.
