My part was a special order but they got job done in a reasonable amount of time. Could be little better with communication but overall satisfied. My vehicle running better than before. Price was astronomical for what was done but worth having car fixed!

Just had my first oil change done on my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and it was easy and seamless. I made an appointment online and walked in and handed them my keys and off they went to work on it. The waiting area is nice as they have a vending machine with snacks and they also free coffee and tea. Good experience.

Quick and easy experience! Called in the morning and Tula made sure I had an appointment that same afternoon. Savannah worked with the techs to make sure I was in and out! Great experience! I would highly recommend Lake Wales Chrysler service department!

My husband and I are Very very satisfied with Walter’s work on my Dodge caravan. Transmission was the main concern and he made my van brand new again. It drives like the first day that I got it 5 yrs ago. He is a honest person and did everything he said he would. The van was ready on time just as scheduled. Thank you again!

Had a problem with the Stop/Start function not working.
The van was in the dealership, first Winter Haven 3 hours, and then Lake Wales 15 hours. LW finally found a faulty relay which they replaced. Stop/ Start finally began working on 4/26. They were diligent.

Josh was great he explained to me what was wrong with my car before any work was done.

They were very professional. They did the oil change and tire rotation quickly and discussed a problem they found that will be taken care of next week.

Josh is always helpful and a great service advisor. Not pushy in trying to make you spend more money and a great over all experience.

Replaced battery last week. Returned to check if everything was all right. That was very courteous since I've had problems in the past.

Very efficient and employee gave us details of what he was doing, good job, I will give excellent reference
