This hotel is absolutely great! Perfect for an affordable experience and very convenient location. Also very pet friendly!!!

I stayed here while my home was being renovated and it was a pleasant experience. Rooms were modern and clean, housekeeping does a very thorough job.

My dog was very happy :) there’s a big outdoor green area for dogs to run and a dedicated waste station always stocked with bags.

If you are driving, it’s easily accessible to a major highway and only 20 min from downtown dc.

There’s also several food locations within walking distance

Excellent location! McDonald's next door. Grocery store, Thrift, Dominos, Five Guys, Ross, Home Depot, Target, and many more within walking distance. Free breakfast every morning. There are meeting rooms, fitness room, laundry room, and a business center. The laundry is coin operated: $2.00 washer and $1.50 dryer. Fast and hot dryer!
The hotel staff is professional. Rooms are serviced daily. Elevators work great. Stairs available. No musty smells. The only negative, in my opinion, is the hallways need upgrading. Other than that, it's a great place and prices are reasonable. $100 incidental; cash or debit/credit card. Enjoy your stay.

We booked three rooms in this hotel for the Easter holidays, accommodating three families. It exceeded our expectations with its excellent value for money. The rooms were recently renovated and impeccably clean, devoid of any unpleasant odors. The bathrooms were pristine. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and having amenities like a microwave, fridge, and safe in the room was incredibly convenient. Everything was in perfect working order, and the ambiance felt fresh. The staff were exceedingly helpful, and parking was ample. Additionally, it was very convenient that breakfast was included in the price of the hotel. The location was ideal, with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing, but I enjoyed my stay overall!

I am local to the DC area, but had a funeral in Arlington Cemetery on a weekday morning. Anyone who has ever been to the area knows that traffic is horrible - add rain to that and it is like a chaotic circus. So I decided that I would stay in a hotel to minimize the possibility that I would be stuck in traffic and potentially miss the funeral.

I usually stay at Hilton Hotels because I get amazing discounts; however, even with the discounts, the price for one night was way too high. So I found this gem when looking for hotels that were less expensive. I read the reviews, and although they were somewhat mixed, it seems that the good reviews were REALLY good, so I decided to give this a shot. I am glad that I did!

The first awesome thing was walking into an updated, relaxing lobby. Then I checked in with Hope, who was so warm and welcoming and also very patient (I was kinda a mess and it was late). Hope was incredibly informative and helpful. I could tell that she really loves her job, which makes a big difference in the type of customer service one receives.

The overall atmosphere was awesome for the price. I was not staying in an overpriced, luxurious hotel, so I am not going to expect that (I feel that other guests who complained about the atmosphere were expecting some kind penthouse accommodations.)

The room? Updated and squeaky clean! The linens were fresh, the restroom looked brand new and the room was warm and welcoming after a long day. And although I think that the hotel was sold out, I did not hear a peep from the neighbors on either side or upstairs!

The breakfast the next morning was great - 2 waffle makers with 2 different flavors, eggs, sausage, muffins, danishes & other sweets, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice, milk, etc. It was much better than breakfasts I have had at other lower-priced hotels.

To sum it all up, I usually do not stay at Choice Hotels and other lower-priced brands because I do find myself in a musty smelling room where I always check for bed bugs (sorry, but it is my experience). However, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Comfort Inn Falls Church, for being both inexpensive and awesome! (And p.s. Give Hope a raise because she is a true asset to this hotel. I swear that she knows nothing about this review :-)

Clean rooms with microwave, safe, desk, closet, .. all the needed amenities.
I checked for bed bugs, hidden cameras, and microphones and found none. I felt safe staying at this location. Breakfast was yummy hot and fresh. Coffee was great. Staff was very polite and accommodating. I definitely recommend this location for a very nice quiet stay.

only stayed for 1 night but all my guests were extremely satisfied w the rooms. the modern look w a spacious set up was very cleaned and welcoming. breakfast was available w eggs, sausages, do it yourself waffles, cereals, and fruits. the area is conveniently close to where we were attending an event. good amount of parking, not ample - a bit tight. overall I'd stay again!

Roxana and Virginia treated customers with great respect and were well mannered. I felt very comfortable and at home here. Virginia works very hard keeping the hotel clean and these two together deserve a raise or promotion I really hope I see them rising in ranks they deserve it truly !

The room was clean and clean sheets.. Roxanne was super sweet and very helpful!! close to a lot attractions and stores as well as food places..five guys.. chipotle etc. went for a concert and 1 night and was very reasonable price and very quiet. we will be back if in that area again.

We stayed here because it was 8 miles from the Cherry Blossom Festival, the price was in my budget and it had nice reviews! The place was indeed very nice with clean white bathroom and comfortable beds. Free breakfast, free parking, easy check in. The hotel is right across from a shopping center so there is an easy place to get food or supplies if you need it (and is literally next door to a McDonald's). Nice place, would go back!

We had a great experience here. Parking for trailers and large vehicles. Clean, newly furnished rooms, nice staff, lane breakfast. Great location with easy access to DC for fair price.

love this place. the workers are extremely nice, friendly, and understanding. the price is very reasonable for the location and the rooms. the rooms are nice, pretty much what you’re paying for. there are plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby and the city is also close.

Bang for the buck while enjoying Washington. Not near metro stations but if you drive you'll find it lovely. 15 min drive to the National Mall makes it very convenient. Rooms and facility are well maintained.

We really enjoyed this hotel! Our room (320) was practically brand new, and everything was clean and nice-smelling. There may have been remodeling going on in other parts of the hotel, but we couldn't hear it. The only evidence of the work was some light construction by the front desk and the materials trailers on one side of the property. As far as location, you can't really beat it. If you're brave enough to drive around the metro area, you can be in downtown DC/National Mall in 15-20 minutes. Arlington Boulevard is very easy to navigate, and there are a ton of eating and shopping options right across the highway from the hotel. There's also a McDonald's and 7-11 next to the hotel and the neighborhood did not seem unsafe to walk in. For the money, I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better place this close to DC.

Great stay. I was here on business and of my requirements is to have ample parking for my 6x10 trailer, this place it. The hotel is currently under renovations but you wouldn't know it because they are working clean and organized. The staff is friendly and makes a great cup of coffee! The breakfast is your standard "Covid breakfast" meaning brown bag, your choice of sandwich, oatmeal, fruit, granola bar and water. It is better than nothing, and the Jimmy Dean sandwiches are pretty delicious. The only thing I would need to be different is the water pressure, but I chalk that up to being on the 3rd floor. Altogether, I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent customer service by the front desk staff. Free breakfast was a little bit of a disappointment. The restaurant staff, mainly the lady server present during breakfast isn’t welcoming & helpful. Apart from the food, everything else was super good. Ample free parking is available. There are a couple food chains within 4-5 minutes of walking.

We spent a quick night. Attending Wreaths Across America at Arlington National Cemetery on 12/17/22 to put a wreath on our son's grave. Hotel is 10 miles from the Cemetery. Great choice to stay at. Missed the free breakfast because we had to check out so early 😥
