Clarion Inn Falls Church-Arlington

Great hotel. Old but renovated. Rooms and hotel spotless clean. Pool was fantastic. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone to stay. Also, breakfast was great and prices were very fair.

The food was great.My favourite food was the waffles.I got everything . scrambled eggs toast with butter .I was full for yogurt’ potatoes. In side the room 2 double beds in the room. we had 7 people ,we booked two rooms and no stains on nothing and our rooms were right next to each other’s plus bathroom had a hair dryer instead of having to leave the room to go to my brothers and cousins there was just a door between our two rooms. There was a pool out side

We had a wonderful stay at Clarion inn . The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and metro were also close by! We used their shuttle services to go to east Falls Church Metro station, the drivers were very professional and friendly.The breakfast each morning was really good as well. I was able to relax at their pool after visiting Washington DC. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in northern Virginia.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful stuff. Special thanks to the young Hispanic girl who drove the shuttle van to the train station. She was very helpful and provided us with good I formation.

Great hotel, with perfect location. Manager was very friendly, professional and respectful. The staff went beyond for our room selection. Complimentary shuttle to nearest train stop was a blessing.

Besides some minor uncleanliness like a little soap scum on the bathroom curtains, the place was nice and modern looking. The area was ordinary nothing flashy or cool but at least you're not far from the supermarket or any restaurants. It was very comfortable. I would go here again if I needed to go to Washington D.C. for any reason. It was only 20 min away. Not a bad drive at all. I highly recommend this place if you are trying to save money and be as close as possible to Washington D.C.

the rooms were spacious and clean and room service did a great job of replenishing and taking trash while we were away without touching personal spaces

they had a pool WITH a lifeguard which is hard to find nowadays

definitely hispanic area which i love because i love the local mexican food options and everyone is so friendly

close to DC and metro station and safe feeling area

provided gym, pool, free breakfast which was amazing, and all needed amenities like a microwave and big mini fridge

everything was perfect 10/10 will definitely be staying again if in the area.

My girlfriend and I were traveling and we arrived at this hotel at 5AM. Lori at the front desk was amazing. She took really good care of us and we felt very welcomed. Give her a raise!!!! As for the room it was great. All the amenities you would want/need when staying overnight. Highly recommend.

The room was great. I am very cautious when it comes to hotel room services. My family and I checked in and I was very impressed by how clean the room and the bathroom maintained. There was no mold, everything wiped down door knobs, no dust on top of the mirror in the bathroom, the refrigerator and microwave were wiped down inside and outside. No yellow spots on the shower curtains or the sheets. I was very impressed by my room. The housekeeping did a fantastic job. The housekeepers are a valuable worker. It's hard to find accountable and responsible workers now a day. Those workers do their job well.

The young lady that was serving breakfast was great. She make sure all areas are clean and food replenish on time for the guest. I would recommended this place. Great job team.

Lori is by far the most professional person I have ran across at any hotel. She holds a very high standard and she treated me as if I was at home. The rooms were very clean and much larger than I anticipated them to be. I would suggest anybody visiting the area to definitely stay here. 5 star service.

The decor is modest, but this hotel is meticulously clean and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful.

Clean rooms. Room went through black light inspection. Room was clean. No soap scum in shower. No urine on or around toilet. No bed bugs. All bedding was bleached. Found dirt under bed but the bed is heavy and on a metal box so I was expecting dirt. I would give a A+ for cleaning.
I did not make it to the free breakfast because it ends at 9am. If you are comming from another time zone that is too early.
No elevators for the 2nd floor. Some of the bottom rooms have an inside entrance door and an outside entrance door.
Free parking and plenty of it.
There is a pool but it was closed the time of year I went.
Plenty of things around to get drinks food and munchies.
The TV was good.
Wifi was great and free.
Traffic was horrible when I was there but not as bad as dc.
All in all a good stay and a reasonable price.

I don't know about all those negative reviews. My room was clean, and even the AC was on at my favorite temp of 66.. I was also surprised that the coffee machine has extra sealed plastic coffee tray... never seen that in many hotels.

Clarion Inn is a great hotel - and clean halls, spacious rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and incredible staff make it all the better of a stay. Our family stayed here for a week and it was a very enjoyable experience. This is the first review that I am writing for a hotel, and it is definitely worth it. The staff here are amazing - our family has passed through hotels across the country, and among all of our experiences I have to admit that we were astounded by how accommodating, cheerful, and friendly the staff here are. Hotel manager Stacy Bronikowski was incredible - she helped us have the best stay possible and alleviated some of the stress of a trying move. The room service manager always made sure that we had everything we needed, and hotel staff readily greeted each and every person with a beaming smile and a friendly "Good morning!". Also, the breakfasts here hit just the right spot when it comes to early-morning meals. All in all, highly recommend!!!

We stayed here for 5 days. All of the staff was amazing!!! Maria in the resturant made us feel right at home. Both shuttle drivers were friendly and very nice. Everyone working the front desk was amazing. The young woman that helped us during the day with a very creppy guest was so efficient! Both front desk clerks at night were awesome! There was a young woman working front desk at night that made us feel welcomed no matter how many time we walked through the front door, there was a young man working at night that went out of his way to tell us where to watch fireworks close to the hotel. Both bartenders were amazing!! They were both so friendly. Overall the staff at this hotel made our week here so worth it. They go above and beyond for their guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting DC

I was a guest here from Va.Beach for 2 weeks on work related travel. This hotel establishment is immaculate. It's an older hotel,but you never would know that based on the cleanliness. VERY CLEAN ROOMS. THE LINENS ARE SPOTLESS. THE BATHROOMS SPOTLESS.There is also a compact refrigerator in the room. Ice cold. The microwave worked well also. The front desk staff are very cordial. They greet you both entering and exiting the building. There is a restaurant located in here as well. Called MMP'S very good well prepared food. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed many times here and so pleased with everything. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable...Restaurant and breakfast is good but mostly all their staff is very kind, friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for great service.

Nice KING SIZE room with a pull out couch great price! Full buffet for breakfast & lunch potatoes 5 different breads, eggs French toast or pancakes (varies) 3 meat choices & coffee/tea hot/cold 3 juices EVERYDAY!👍 Full bar and restaurant with awesome menu! FREE Shuttle Van to metro, Karaoke nights ... Zumba classes... indoor and outdoor rooms. Very simple convenient stay close to DC.
