Hilton Garden Inn Falls Church

Staff were delightful, particularly Jeffrey and Juan. Everything about the hotel was so homey and comfortable. Wonderful food. Hope to return soon, thanks so much!

I had low expectations because it was our first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn arranged by our soccer club in Falls Church. As there were weekend games, having a comfortable bed and hot water for showering was sufficient for me.

I did online check-in via the Hilton app and selected our room. When we arrived at the hotel, we smoothly went straight to our room. The front desk staff deserve the most applause at the hotel. They cheerfully resolved every small issue and were helpful. Thank you to them. The breakfast at the hotel was quite good, and the kids enjoyed it. Our room had 2 queen beds, and the beds were quite comfortable.

The heating and air conditioning worked flawlessly, with no smell or noise. Usually, window unit air conditioners can be very annoying, but we didn't have any problems in the room we stayed in. The lobby was spacious enough, and the hotel was very clean. I used the fitness center one day, and there were enough machines to get my one-hour workout done. The kids used the pool and jacuzzi with their friends, and it was clean and fun for them.

The hotel is in a very central location, and parking is very convenient. I definitely recommend it; we were very satisfied. Winning two days in a row and going back home helps alleviate some of the tiredness. Thanks again to the hotel staff.

The Jeffrey at the front desk is truly a GEM 💎 he worked with my sister and I throughout our entire stay. Gave us food suggestions, advised on community events, and even shared some personal favorites. The parking is free. However, EVERYTHING else is at cost, so use the coffee machine in your room. Overall, our stay was OK. The beds were a little hard for my liking, and the pillows were flat. The team was responsive when we asked for our 5-night stay. Overall, the location & and staff, along with the cleanliness, make this place easy to rebook.. I just hope that when I come back, they have better pillows.. 🙏🏽

Loved this hotel. The location is great. Great parking. Great pool and hot tub. The food at the restaurant was really good. All the employees from the restaurant to the front desk to the building engineer, everyone we came in contact with was great. Only two complaints. No guide on the tv and couldn’t find an accurate one online so you have to scroll individually through each and try to figure out what’s on or when something is starting which is pretty frustrating. Second, breakfast is not included and it’s kinda an expensive hotel to not include breakfast. We paid $10 each for the cold continental breakfast which was definitely not worth it, so either order hot breakfast or go somewhere else. Overall great experience!!!!!

This location was perfect for us but the hotel was dated, rooms were worn, and the parking demanded an elevator shift based on the hotel layout.

We had an issue with the first room and the staff easily moved us to a different room.

The pool was pleasant, in the workout area they had a Peleton bike but don't forget your shoes!

The best part of the stay was that they had 2 Tesla destination chargers that each had a charging rate of 24 amps (18 mi/hr in a model S).

Will be back in the future because of the location and amenities, rooms need work.

I stayed here for two nights 9/27 - 9/29.
Daniel at check in was awesome, along with Jason, Sayyid (hope I got the spelling correct) & Jeffrey on check out. In fact, all the staff here were very courteous & friendly including the housekeepers/maintenance staff.

The first night I used a HGI BMG certificate. I only booked the second night shortly after arriving. Since they had very limited availability, I did have to move rooms the next morning, but that wasn’t a prob.

The first night I stayed, there was a band playing in the lobby/restaurant area. I’m not sure what the occasion was, but all guests were invited to check them out.

Both rooms did have a microwave, refrigerator & best of all a Keurig! The Keurig is a major plus imo.

They have a pool, hot tub & gym. I did not have the time to use them. Next time I’m back I’ll be sure to check ‘em out.

Parking is free, which is a major plus since most hotels charge outrageous parking fees. There’s plenty of spaces too above & below.

They have laundry facilities, which I badly needed after being on the road for almost two weeks. The machines take quarters & are available at the front desk. It’s $2 per machine. They sell the detergent too.

The location was perfect. Its a very safe area & it’s close to everything. If visiting DC, it’s a short drive about 25 minutes depending on traffic. I recommend a visit to Gravelly Point. Great park & great view of the planes taking off from Reagan.

I’ll definitely be back next time when traveling through the area.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Falls Church, VA, is a beautiful place to recommend to your family and friends. The customer service, room, amenities, cleanliness, parking, and location are over the top. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in DMV area. The manager Jonny is the best! He's very helpful and helped us cancel duplicate reservations and immediately put baby crib in the room which other hotels would need a thousand reminders. The front desk people are so nice and tried their best to accommodate my requests such as asking for chargers, changing towels, and room cleaning services. The restaurant on the first floor offers cheap and delicious food, free coffee in the morning and they allow you to dine there with your take out food. They are responding fast to your request. The hotel is a bit noisy as it's close to the street but I'd definitely come back again for their staff's professional and efficiency service!

Our family felt great and comfortable the way the hotel was accommodating and friendly, especially Jeffrey and the front desk staff. The hotel is very well placed with lots of restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance. Parking is also nice. The hotel has lots for people to do, there is a nice gym, a pool, and a very comfortable lounge area. The room was very clean and well suited for us. We can’t find a single complaint about this place.

Had business in the area, this location was very convenient to where I needed to be. A number of restaurants conveniently located nearby. parking was nice and free breakfast wasn’t but that’s fine. The server was wonderful and took care of my needs.

This hotel is wonderful. Staff from the front desk to the waitress to the housekeeper were friendly, professional and helpful. Every question answered and responded to immediately. The rooms beautiful, the beds comfortable with differing softness of pillows and the sheets luxurious and comforter, well - comforting so that we all had the perfect sleep. I will always try to stay at a Hilton Garden hotel wherever I travel because of my experience at this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are super clean. They do have a new policy of not cleaning your room, during your stay of more than one day, but will if you ask. The people at the desk are nice and helpful. The maids were courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay overnight (or a few days) in area. You won't be disappointed.

Great bargain, superior rooms, and full bar in lobby

This hotel location is great and the staff is awesome. I came to take an exam at the Prometric facility next door and they set me up for success. Gave me a room isolated from much of the rest of floor noise.

The woman who welcomed me with blue dreadlocks was very friendly, welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed.

Abeba and the breakfast team were amazing. The chef who made my omelette was top notch. That was by far one of the best omelettes that I've had in a long time. Hats off to the chef! Definitely set me up for success over the next 4 hours.

Jeffrey at the front desk and I later chatted on my way out of the hotel. He's a great front man for you to have representing your brand. Definitely made me feel welcomed and thanked for my business.

I will 100% stay at this hotel again if I need to for an exam or to see family who is also in the area.

There was five of us and we had a kitchen with refrigerator stove dishwasher and a bedroom with two beds and the couch pulled out to make a queen size bed. The food was good on Thursday and every morning for free. The place was clean and I felt safe. The price was decent

Absolutely beautiful property. Meticulously cleaned rooms. Everything is within walking distance. Jeffery at the front desk is professional, welcoming and incredibly helpful. After a stressful flight Jeffrey and the staff do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome and relieved to be "home" allowing you to relax and enjoy the day.

This was a great stay. The staff was really helpful. Our room was awesome and comfortable, with an easily adjustable thermostat, plenty of hangers, a nice bathroom, extra blankets, PLENTY of lighting, plenty of outlets, and blinds that made the room nearly pitch black when closed. Breakfast was great. The fitness center is really well equipped with weights, mats, tradmills, bikes, benches and more. The business center was helpful.

The only two things that would make this stay better... decaf tea in the rooms and a TV that could connect to a streaming service. Super disappointing to have a Tv that doesn't.

I booked the room late on Hotel Tonight after deciding not to drive 60 mi home. The check-in went smoothly with the clerk. He was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I slept very well. The rooms are appointed nicely. I came down to enjoy breakfast with the most pleasant staff. It was really a treat. I will absolutely stay here again.
FYI, there's currently construction going on next door, but that didn't affect me because my stay was on Saturday night with check out Sunday.

I can not say enough about the staff here! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. There was a man named Jeffrey that worked at the front desk that was great. We had an unfortunate event at another nearby motel an the staff at Hilton made sure we were taken care of. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was great even on he lifeguard was super sweet. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you guys for saving our trip!

Great stay. Wonderful front desk staff; attentive to our needs. Lifeguard was great! Bartender/waitress last night, outstanding. Highlight of our stay was the amazingly friendly waitress this morning. She kept my coffee cup full and an amazing conversationalist.
