Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel

I am very confused with these reviews! Before staying at the hotel, I was pretty hesitant because of the reviews but ACTUALLY STAYING THERE i had a really great experience! The service was amazing! The front desk people were so sweet and helpful especially this one girl! I wish I got her name! The room was clean and had a really nice view of the city! And it was a really great location! I would love to stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is very good, very attentive professionals, spacious and very clean rooms, the breakfast is very good, Shereton quality. The hotel is in a good location, close to the main tourist attractions. They accept dogs and are extremely attentive to them.

We stayed at the Sheraton Pentagon City for proximity to attend a service at the Arlington National Cemetery. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about for this location, but we did not experience any of it. In fact, it was quite the contrary. We were originally booked in a Standard 2 Queen Room but needed more space to get ready for the services, however, the Marine Corp Marathon was going on that weekend and rooms were extremely limited.

That said, LaMika Hughes went above and beyond to accommodate our needs by finding and upgrading us to a more spacious room which had a breathtaking panoramic city view to include the Arlington National Cemetery, Washington Monument, Capitol & Air Force Memorial. It really was the silver lining to our visit which ultimately made all the difference in our stay and experience.

This Sheraton is in a very convenient location. It's neat and clean with friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was fresh and well appointed, and the hospitality was exceptional. Finally, Beatriz in the Hotel Bar & Restaurant made our dining experience extraordinary with her exceptional service and cheerful disposition!

The stay was one we will not soon forget and hope to return one day for another visit.

Stayed here for the weekend. Shuttle service was very prompt to and from the airport and to/from the mall/metro. Restaurant was very good - was NOT Cajun like some of the social websites showed. Front desk agents were exceptional. Only thing I missed was an upgraded room for Marriott status.

Stay in a lot of hotels, they deserve better than 3.9. Always enjoy my stay here, staff is warm and welcoming every time. Restaurant staff is excellent also.

What a great hotel!! Came to visit my son over Thanksgiving and found the hotel near his home! The hotel is so pretty, the rooms with views are stunning, the bar is very nice as is the restaurant! The staff was so friendly too!!! Oh, and good martinis!!

Stayed here 3 nights, the lights were actually bright and everything was clean as expected… not much more I would need or ask for… front desk staff are extremely friendly, especially Ashley… helped me out two occasions as I renewed my stay… very kind and helpful with a beautiful smile every time… her alone is already a 5 star… will definitely come back to this Sheraton next time if needed…

I would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Pentagon Sheraton for their amazing customer service! I hosted a 4 day conference at this location and it was a great experience. Megan W. made sure that everything we planned was implemented perfectly on-site. Helen, Rosario and Negassi provided five star service! They were there to assist with anything my delegates and I needed to have a seamless program. I would definitely recommend this location for conferences. Their level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Also Chef Matt created an delicious menu. Attendees rated it highly. We hope we can return in March. Thank you TaQuida

This hotel was awesome. It’s located within minutes of everywhere you want to be. Room service is prompt if and when you need it and the service from the front desk is excellent. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel's rooms redo is very fresh and luxurious looking, the view towards DC was fantastic, the location was super convenient to Pentagon City and Reagan, and the price was fantastic. I'd definitely stay again!

Service is great. Seems to always be new staff members every time I visit but everyone is polite and helpful. Hotel is huge and close to the mall & airport & the metro.

We booked 2 city view rooms for one night, both were clean, view if DC is amazing, staff were friendly. Thank you to Lamika for being so nice and also honoring a free parking.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing service. Great location. Had a very nice stay here. There were some problems with the tub and so LaMika Hughes was so kind to give a very nice upgrade to a new room. The entire staff from the front desk to housekeeping were exceptional!

Amazing stay at Sheraton Pentagon City. Nice to visit the Air Force Memorial after a short walk from the hotel.
Front desk always helpful and amazing atmosphere in the lobby.
Shuttle service to Metro was very good too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. We used the business center to get printouts with no problem. The room was clean and was very spacious. With room for us to work. The bed was very comfortable. The best thing is that the parking fee is very affordable compared to other hotels in the area.

Ashley the lady at the front desk is phenomenal. She is so wonderful and nice. Warm and inviting. Knowledgeable about hotel and things around. She made this hotel so pleasant. Please double her pay!

Its a very beautiful hotel and strategically positioned in accessibility. The rooms are awesome with very big tvs and view of DC especially when you are in 14-16th floor. The service is top notch and the food is fingerlicking good! 🤗🤝🏽 #see you there

I was here for about 12 hours total, arrived very late. The desk clerks were very nice night and morning. Nice room. Very clean!

LaMika at the front desk makes this 5 stars. The servers at the buffet makes this 5 stars. The people basically are great.

For an older building it’s very spectacular faculty. The associate at the Front desk Miles he was very professional and polite. The room that we said was spectacular very clean. Highly recommend staying very close to some attractions. From our room 716 on the 7th floor you have an amazing view of the White House, Monument, Capitol building, Pentagon and etc. We arrived at 11:45 pm on 12/28/2022 and departed at 9:00 am on 12/29/2022 our cost to stay was $87.00. They have a parking garage cost to park $15.00. The down fall is I disagree with having to pay for parking when you’re a guest in the hotel. Otherwise highly recommended.
