AT&T Store

I had the best experience ever trying to get my phone fixed. Bayley did an amazing job and he was able to get us in and out in just a few minutes.

I had a great experience at the new AT&T store! The store was nice and Kyle was incredibly helpful and kind. Kyle assisted us with our new iPhones, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable! Highly recommend this store for all your tech needs!

We are very new customers for almost a week. However, coming from a reseller we were having trouble with porting two of our phones. Kyle today was a lifesaver. He took the time to dedicate to us and work to fix the issue. He was able to get it resolved and we left there very happy. If you are looking to switch to ATT or have any issues with your current phone or service I highly recommend going to see Kyle at this location. He will listen to you and take good care of you. My husband and I stopped in to discuss some issues I was having with my phone’s SIM card. David was able to answer all of our questions and fix the SIM card issue! He was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service to us and everyone else who came in the store. Very impressed!!

I have been to several AT&T stores, and Kyle here in Gloucester gave us an A+ customer experience! He was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond when we were upgrading phone. He also reiterated several times to call him or come back anytime if we needed additional help or had any questions. Great hire AT&T!

Easy manner. Very knowledgeable and able to communicate options clearly and concisely. Walked me through everything despite it being after he was supposed to leave. He transferred me from prepaid plan to monthly plan. Bought a phone snd accessories. He put the case on snd went through two more cases before finally getting a fit. Very patient, fun, and kind Much cheaper and better deals than Verizon. Live in a rural area and have good 5G coverage. Win-Win

Alley was absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked in she made us feel welcome. She went over everything in detail and didn't hesitate to answer any questions and double over anything we weren't sure of. She went over everything she could to make sure we had the best experience and were set up properly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Dontray is AMAZING! Best customer service we’ve received in a while. He was knowledgeable about all of the phone options, and helped us change over our service. He made it a quick and painless process and we look forward to working with him again! Excellent employee!

Alley was very patient with us, and had a great attitude even though it took us a whole afternoon to get everything situated! They were awesome even when we had to call customer service from the store. The young lady handling my issue was calm even when the representative tried to rush me off the phone. She made sure everything was straight before I left.
