BLAST GAME CENTER

I recently visited BLAST GAME CENTER, and I have to say, their customer service is exceptional. Despite the 45-minute drive from Florida to Georgia, often extending to nearly an hour with traffic, the experience was well worth it.

This was my first visit after hearing great things about their retro gaming inventory, and I was not disappointed. Their collection is probably the best I’ve seen, with a wide range of retro games that brought back a lot of nostalgia.

What truly impressed me, however, was the way they handled a small issue with my purchase. My purchase wasn’t small; it was larger than what the average customer might spend. Given my distance and the circumstance, the owner was particularly attentive. When I called to address the issue of missing manuals, the owner personally took responsibility. He apologized, mailed the missing items to me, and even called to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Additionally, he refunded me for a game that couldn’t be found, mailing the cash directly to me. This level of attentiveness and integrity is rare and highly commendable.

I acknowledge that my situation might have influenced the level of service I received, and experiences may vary. However, my overall experience with BLAST GAME CENTER has been outstanding, and I highly recommend them for anyone passionate about retro gaming. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly top-notch.

Great selection ! Employees are very helpful and attentive. Prices are somewhat over market,but the stores setup combined with customer service makes the increase worth it.

Owner is a pretty cool guy and helpful, lot of great used games at low prices.

I stopped by one day as I was driving through the area. Cool dude, cool place, and nice selection of games. Grabbed a few games I had been looking for at decent prices. There's also an arcade I didn't have time to use but it looked sweet. Definitely brought back memories of childhood. I will definitely be coming back next time im in the area.

Wonderful Customer Service. Mr. Brandon stayed almost 30 minutes after the store closed to help me set up my Playstation 5 at no cost. Prices on games and video's are great. You can even book the room for private parties. Amenities extra depending on what you ask for..

This place is great!!! My home town has needed this for years. They have a huge selection of used gaming systems and games at dirt cheap reasonable prices, and great quality as well. The staff are awesome too, so helpful.
There is also a huge arcade with multiple games from today and many from my childhood. I can't wait until they put in the food section so we can have birthday parties there for the kids.

I going to be completely honest this arcade looks small but its actually really cool the staff is super nice the game are sick and the prizes are cool

Such an excellent place to hang out!! Great selection of video games and gear, plus miniature golf and arcade games. Definitely a terrific business, especially for a small town! Loads of things for kids to do.

I found this place threw a google search and so glad I did. They had a few games I have been looking for and at great prices. Staff was friendly and even helped me looked for some collector items that have been on my list for a while. I will be back

Great privately owned game store. Fun family environment with lots of good games no matter the system. They even have older systems from back in the day. 😎 5 stars, great prices, clean family environment & excellent customer service.

The staff is very friendly and HELPFUL. We organized my 2 daughters birthday celebration and they made it EXTREMELY easy. Highly recommended and above all else, FUN!!!

Really great place that has a nice retro touch.You can play arcade games, mini golf or other games. Way better than any other game store around.
