Tactical Superiority

Great customer service. I ordered a part of theirs from a 3rd party and the part was out of spec. I contacted TS and they replaced the part fast and were very professional throughout the process. I would not hesitate to do business with these folks again.

Never received refund or product. It’s been 4 years.

They sold me 125 9mm barrel blanks. 100 were sent right away to my highly qualified CNC guys to work into 9mm pistol barrels. Upon getting into their process I get a call stating that the barrel blank holes drilled in some of them were not centered correctly. They believe this happened when they were drilling blank, because of pressure coming from their drill, and how it was held wrongly in the device they used or had wrong completely. The blanks possibly bowed up, which would have made the hole crooked, not straight and centered as it should be. That's a theory they had, but we don't know why holes and drill lines weren't straight?. The run out on the barrel blanks weren't done correctly either, so now, with the blanks that do have straight drilling, I have to pay for my guys to turn the blanks, so they can fix the run out by doing themselves at correct RPM. The 25 remaining blanks I bought that they loaded in one of my guy's truck were 300 or 308 cal, not 9mm? So they're telling me I'll get a credit? Credit for what? Credit blanks I need that they don't have anymore, and wouldn't want if they did? They make out because of this F up, not me. So now we go to harsher actions. I will update this or even remove if this gets straightened out by them. All indications are not pointing in that direction.

Will not return calls, emails, or faxes. Paid for 3 firearms in January of 2019. No firearms, no refund! Have left messages with everyone at the company trying to resolve matter , no luck!

They get 1 star only because I can't give zero. Stay away they are thieves take your money and give you nothing.
