Hampton Inn Suffolk

We were in town seeing my brother and his family. We stayed 4 nights and it was one of the best stays ever. They made us feel very welcome. I wish that every Hilton Hotel did what they did. We will definitely return. The breakfast’s were excellent and Sundra did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed.

We stay here several times a year while traveling back & forth from NJ & Florida by way of the Delmarva Peninsula.

This hotel is out of the Norfolk traffic, clean and the beds & bedding are very nice.

Beautiful breakfast room with a very nice breakfast & some nice touches like iced lemon pound cake & chocolate almond streusel pound cake.

The staff is friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed our over night stay & highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Wonderful stay here. From booking the reservation with Whitney to checked in by welcoming Tia, and Shantay making sure we had extra toiletries and providing recommendations for dining options- this was a great stay. The free hot breakfast was delightful- not fancy but every thing u need to start your day. Clean rooms and facilities. Unfortunately there was a broken down elevator that they are fixing, but it was not a long wait for the one functional elevator in the building. Totally recommend this place. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

my parents stayed here, but the staff let my sister & eat breakfast with them. The staff are really nice & breakfast was amazing. My parents enjoyed their stay

After a nightmare experience at a DIFFERENT hotel, Sabrina and her staff at this Hampton Inn were WONDERFUL!!! Everyone was kind, great variety at breakfast, and the rooms and pool were clean. Housekeeping was great, efficient and polite. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Room was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Fresh coffee going in the lobby 24/7, was a great stay.

We stayed here on a recommendation on February 10, 2023. Upon entering we were greeting by a front desk staff member named Whitney. She was eager to help very pleasant and extremely informative. After she took care of us she ended our time with her by asking if we had any questions at all please don't hesitate. Then she proceeded to let us that she or someone would be available for anything we may need 24/7. After we entered our room we were so surprised with the awesome cleanliness. Your first reaction should be well it should be clean but lets be honest if you stay at many hotels that is not always the case. Our stay that evening was perfect. The next morning we were greeted in the breakfast area by Sundra. She was simply kind. She took so much pride in her job and pride in the Hampton Inn. I write this so not only can any viewers see this but also Corporate. I know that great employees are hard to find and this hotel must have an entire team because this stay the atmosphere and the employees are beyond many other places to stay. Good Job Hampton Inn your teamwork has not gone unnoticed.

FANTASTIC and AWESOME!!!!! 5 STARS!!!!! Rooms were CLEAN and the beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get out of them in the morning. Breakfast was OK, Wish there was more to choose from. Like Scrambled Eggs, along with the Omelet option (not big on omelets, but had it).

Stayed here with our entire HS marching band for a local competition. The staff was great and made everything so easy with such a large group! Cedric had most of our rooms ready for early check in (we advised we'd need early check-in at time of booking, and also called an hour out and gave a heads up), and the rest were ready soon after. Breakfast the next morning was great with plenty to go around. The kitchen staff did a great job keeping things filled for a hungry group of kids, and allowed us to stay on schedule. Location was perfect and rooms were clean and comfy. We'll definitely be back!

My experience at the Hampton Inn in Suffolk VA on Centerbrooke Ln was very pleasant. My room was very clean and stocked, along with all other areas of this hotel that I encountered. I would like to give a special thank you to Karla Kigler, Sabrina Miller, and Cedric Edmonds as they went above and beyond to make my daughter, her friends and myself feel welcome. The custodial staff was also very hospitable and I was very appreciative of this.

I will be recommending this experience to all of my family and friends who are looking for a small getting away. Thank you all so much for what you do!

The staff here is so kind and civilized. They make sure that all your needs are met and they say hello to you every time they see you with a smile on their face their service is amazing. Their rooms are amazing and in a time you had a question farm they were willing and ready and able to answer right away

The room was very clean and up-to-date. Star, at the front desk, was phenomenal. Huge welcoming smile and disposition… my entire stay, and experience was wonderful. If it’s like this everytime, I would search for no other hotel, but this one.

Super friendly staff! Exceptionally clean rooms, smelled like pine sol throughout the room/hallways/lobby. good morning breakfast with many items to choice from. Also very clean dining area. My family & I were very pleased with our over all experience! BIG SHOUT OUT TO WHITNEY & THE LADY WHO DOES THE BREAKFAST AREA! Job well done!! 🍀👍💐🙄

From the welcome by the front desk staff to the folks in the breakfast area, every single person was smiling and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great. There are lots of sidewalks in the area so we could take walks and get some fresh air and sunshine in between our visits to the hospital to see an extremely ill family member.

Very, very clean. Beautiful single room with king size bed. Sheets and spreads super clean. I loved the barn door for the closet and the bathroom. Bathroom was very clean; they had full size bar soap and small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Refrigerator and microwave were in the room. I enjoyed my night! The receptionist upon check-out was very kind. Kudos to Hampton Inn!😁

I stay at this location twice a year. Always clean, quiet, comfortable, and very nice staff.

It’s a pleasant stay experience for me and my friends. We checked in last night pretty late, and we were amazed by the quality of room, and it’s amenities. We requested for extra towels and they gave us. Breakfast was good and much more variety than the nearby competitors. Truly amazing experience.

I have stayerd at this location multiple tome over the past few years, and the stay is always first class. Nice rooms ,convenient location and very friendly staff. Cedric, now that my Brewers are out of the playoffs, GO BRAVES! We will be coming back. Until then, have a great day
