Best United States Post Office in world. Only 55 cents to send a letter to California from Virginia can’t beat that. Other countries it would cost two to five dollars

I just want to commend the clerk that was working this morning by himself. I had a notice that I had a package to be picked up or it would be returned. Apparently there was some type of mistake. He took awhile trying to locate the 'package.' I couldn't believe how rude some of the customers in line were. He was very pleasant to everyone that I saw him service. He did not deserve such treatment. A little kindness goes a long ways. Again thanks for being pleasant and professional. You certainly don't have an easy job.

It is an older and yet proper post office. With multiple clerks willing to help any customers needs. Speedy service,as well as post office mail boxes. A welcomed blast from the past.

The folks there are friendly and if I’ve ever had any issues, they expedite it quickly and promptly.

final entry: I have lived in three other countries and had mail service in a number of others. I can positively say that with all of its faults the US Post Office does a hell of a great job overall and is less expensive then about every industrial country that I am aware of.

When I was in Australia the PO went on strike for almost THREE MONTHS. Only official federal mail was delivered. Think about that!

My name is Christine and I was in the Suffolk Main Street post office last Saturday, February, 4, 2017 and had an OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Not realizing the closing time, I went in and even though I was a minute or so late, I was greeted with a smile and pleasantness by GINA. While apologizing for my tardiness, I explained that I was mailing a Valentine card to my great-niece before going out of town.

As I explained with enthusiasm, it was the first time my niece would be receiving official mail. Unlike most postal representatives, I would have been told to come back another day. However, GINA illustrated much compassion for me and allowed me to mail my package. While I did not know GINA's name until last week, I have previously noticed her customer service skills, courtesy, knowledge and can-do attitude when working with the public. I am sure I speak for other customers as well, GINA is a true professional and is definitely an ASSET to the US Postal Service.

I could not be more pleased with our local post office and even more pleased with our mail carrier. I don't even mind waiting in line. I talk to other people who are also waiting but it doesn't happen often ... Christmas, mostly.

Based off the reviews I thought this was going to be the worst post office ever, but I have to disagree. Brittany was helpful, fast, and trying to get everyone in and out as fast as she could. USPS is awesome!

I called the toll free number to ask why my mail wasn't pick-up on a Saturday? The women only gave me rude service the whole time on the phone, I believe this is another reason why were losing so much at the Post Office. This is just another Government agency thats bleeding RED!!

The staff is always helpful. The kiosk in the front makes mailing domestic packages quick and easy.
