Petco

Associates were very nice and knowledgeable. They have items that the pet stores in the Niles area do not have. The only drawback is that the closest store is in Hermitage which is 20 miles away. Hopefully they would consider putting one on Elm Road. There are a lot of people who would shop Petco due to the convenience of not having to travel to Niles.

This Petco isn't as big as I'm used to seeing but my experience was great. Interactions with staff were wonderful, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to get everything I needed and saved about $300 in the process thanks to my better half utilizing their price match policy.

Best pet store in area. We have been using this store since we moved in Nov.22. Cleaner than the average pet store, extremely friendly staff. My larger dog attended training classes there and when every other groomer I called rejected her bc of her size and hearing she is water averted, the groomers there were all about her. They scheduled her to have area alone and made her day. At the time she was just under 2 years old and 160lbs. I can’t say enough about the staff we have encountered there.

Joel at Hermitage Petco is the person I always request, and I am always pleased with his grooming and knowledge about my pets’ needs. He gave my Goldendoodle her first bath a few months ago and just gave her the first haircut. She looks gorgeous. He has groomed my 7 year old Yorkion for over a year and she always looks her best.

Great place to get stuff for your pet. Got to hold a tarantula which was cool. They have great prices and friendly workers will definitely shop here again. I might get the tarantula he was just a lil guy.

A wonderful place to shop for pet supplies. Affordable with a great variety of products. Staff are always kind and able to help with whatever questions I may have. Today we adopted a kitten and they were a magnificent help showing us the best products to buy. This is our new cat, Jasper.

Jess was super friendly. She knew alot about the animals and their tempments.. she knew each hamster individually. It was beautiful. She was super helpful with all 4 kids as they picked out their own new furry friends! Cages were super clean. Water and feed full. Plenty of toys and hides. Great experience!

I used the Hermitage, Pa location and may I say the customer service was amazing? Because it absolutely was!!!! The prices were great on the turtle tank and lid I purchased as well😀I am a very happy customer!!!!

We came in to buy our cat some food and the cashier was very good at her job n she seemed well knowledgeable about the different foods and what was in them

I would 100% recommend them! My rescue pup has no previous experience with a groomer, so I was nervous about how well she'd do. Joel Y. was excellent with her! She looks fantastic and he was very patient with her wriggling. I'll definitely be a regular customer now.

Love this store! If you have any questions, just ask. If they don't know the answer, they'll call with the it later. They care about animals and their customers.

The employee by the name of Sean had my 55 Gallon Aquarium all prepared and ready for me as I walked into the store (It was my 1st time at this location, so I wanted to go in to see the selection). Sean was very courteous, friendly and helpful. He even helped me load it into the back of my SUV. The fish selection was AWESOME! Whoever is ordering the fish for this store is doing a fantastic job! It is a 35-40 minute drive for me to get to this store, but I will be going back when I am ready for more fish and supplies! A+ experience!

I had perfect customer service from the assistant manager and the aquatic lead who helped me with my fish return and testing of my fish tank water. I felt valued and like a guest at a family gathering. They were both very kind and I expected to be disparaging told I knew nothing about my fish but no, they were patience , kind and felt great after meeting with them.
