Great place because it carries stuff the hd and Lowe's don't... Currently have a trickle charger I paid $50 over ten years ago that still works great on sale for $19... Picked up a couple cause I have 2 vehicles that sit for weeks at a time... Fast and uncrowded... Sign up online and they send deals to your phone... They have curbside pickup service also...

Somewhere between Ace hardware and harbor freight without all the distractions and fluff of the Home Depot or Lowe's. Easy to get what you need , see lot of stuff you want, pay and leave. There's plenty of parking, there's never any lines, they have a great clearance section and some of the sales people have really good suggestions, advice and instructions.

Easy site to maneuver around. Great prices for quality items.

I love this place. Everyone is helpful. If you need a trailer, get it from here, lowes and tractor supply screwed me over and I needed a trailer that day. Northern tool produced!

Scott was incredibly helpful!!!! All of the staff are friendly and eager to ensure we are satisfied. Scott showed us all options even budget friendly ones. He was focused on our budget and our satisfaction. They even price matched their online prices! I cannot stress enough how awesome this experience was!

This is definitely a good place to take your man LoL, as this is taking him to the toy store for them, every single time I take my husband here he acts like a kindergartener in a candy store, I love seeing his face light up like he is seeing Santy Clause, and I will say that they definitely have items that you need for your house, always find something one can use for the house, and the workers are super awesome if you can't find they will, love taking my husband here, even if we don't buy anything....

The Melbourne, Florida Harbor Freight store is very conveniently located on the main Melbourne east-west New Haven Rd. Also... within just a few blocks of the Interstate I-95. Very good location with a big, well lit lot. I’ve always felt very safe.

The store inside is well laid out. A huge amount of quality goods is always on hand. Too many stores now, seem to run a way too lean inventory. I have never been disappointed at the Melbourne store. Of course for something important, it’s always good to call ahead a couple days if possible, just to verify inventory. Plus the staff will bring the item up front, so you save time to boot!

Staff has always been respectful and quite helpful. At 65, I’ve been in my share of retail stores. Even though it’s a thirty minute drive for my wife and I, this is the store I will continue to seek out for my needs.

My wife always finds an item or two that she enjoys as well. Even if it’s just a pair of gardening gloves. And if you have a trailer of any sort, this should be your number one stop for trailer parts, from axles to tie downs. A vast assortment of all types of trailer parts and accessories, 2nd to none.

This store I highly recommend. I am with this $1,100 order, finally, finally getting a garage LP gas Maxx heater for up on the ceiling!

Really wide variety of good quality tools and equipment. I've ordered online before but this time had to visit a store to pick up a large item. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

04/12/22 - Almost a Year. Working Gr8! Quality for less. I can point at tools in my shop from NT I bought years ago that still work gr8. Wish I lived closer. Picking up a new fan 2day. Hoping 4 the best.

Although it's a rather substantial drive from my home, when I need a good quality, specialty tool - like an engine crane or a cordless tool from Milwaukee Tools, I make the trip to Northern Tool. Their store is clean, carries an amazing selection of major brand tools, and supplies, and the staff is helpful and nice.

Cheap tools in a clean and neatly organized assortment. Asked some questions about a product I bought and left knowing exactly what I needed, even though they didn't carry it. I never leave empty handed here, great place!

I called the store before ordering online. The customer service was amazing and very helpful.

Frank and his staff went above and beyond for customer service satisfaction. Today was actually my first time going to northern tools. My husband loves northern tool and as the holidays approach I order something for my husband online for christmas( I might add that they are cheapest prices around) and they called me to pick it up item a couple days ago. Well today I decided I have arrands to do and I'll swing by and pick up my order ..long story short I called to see if by chance I could have an associate bring out my order to me in my car cause a had my baby and today happened to be cold and heavy rain...Frank the store manager didn't even hesitate on the phone and said "absolutely, stay in your car and we will bring it out to you" he got my order number and name and was outside with my order less then 5 minutes.
Moral of this story is that Frank, the store manager, went above and beyond for the customer and I think that is such a great role model for a leadership postion. It may have seemed simple and small gesture but it ment alot to me because bringing babies/ kids inside stores can sometimes be challenging and on top of it pouring rain..A simple, small gesture can go so far.. I am so grateful for that experience and want to give credit, where credit is due. And for this being my very first experience with northern tool, I will speak nothing but positive feedback about northern tool.

That's definitely a go to place if you need sand Blasting supplies nobody carries a variety of different sand Blasting sand at a reasonable price. I'm definitely going back there
