Nice and clean, however there was a slight sink hole in my bed. The front desk made up for it and offered to give me another room or breakfast. The indoor pool was great. The staff was so accommodating. Everyone was friendly, there was free live entertainment in the bar/lobby area.

I have stayed here multiple times since April for work and everytime is an enjoyable experience. The kitchen and bar staff are great! Lauren, Roarke & Emily welcome everyone with positive energy and great customer service. Michelle & Dasia greet me with a smile and welcome me back every time. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and are always ready to help. I really enjoy staying here

Outstanding customer service. Audrey and Daphne and the cleaning crew, you are amazing. Clean. Stocked. Smelled good. Shower leaked a bit but not a huge deal. Yall book it. The surrounding area is expanding. The place has a bar inside with events like karaoke and painting. They welcome you even on the tv when ya get into your room lol.

I loved this little hotel. We arrived for the night to check on some friends in the neighborhood and the first thing was this free latin dancing in the lobby. So cool. As tired as I was I immediately had to join in for a little bit of salsa.
Hotel is very dog friendly. They even provide furry friends with doggy beds. The hotel is very trendy modern, however the hallways are super dark. Like dark grey/black and the lighting is covered. So if you have limited vision and/ or easily spooked, don’t stay here. Second thing is that the price listed for dog fees says per accommodation not per pet so it $25 per pet. That was a little bit annoying because I specifically chose this hotel for their pet fee. They also do not provide breakfast. But they have this trendy market area in the lobby. Gym is full service and the pool was small but clean and 5 feet in the deep end. Also my fiance was annoyed because there is no HDMI cable port in the tv if you want to hook up yourself firestick or playstation.

We stayed next door at The Residence Inn. But this was our place to chill. Bar, bar food and a cool outdoor area. The bar food was a great! I had an old fashion from the bar and it was top notch. Spinach dip and quesadillas were on point.

Absolutely loved staying here. Very accommodating and friendly. Pool and gym access super easy. Bar in the Lobby.

Very nice, clean and quiet. The room we stayed in had everything we needed. Nice gym. The downside, I was never told there was a $25 upcharge for a dog. They advertised dog-friendly and on the Expedia site, there was no mention of the charge. I had prepaid for the room at the time I made the reservation and then a day later rec'd a charge on my card of $25. So I guess their dog friendly as long as you pay for the dog friendliness.

Aloft Chesapeake VA in Greenbrier area. First time staying at this location. Great atmosphere. Excellent, friendly staff. Reasonable rates and modern rooms. Best hotel stay in some time.

I am so absolutely Blown Away by the class the ethics manners of the Steph everybody here is absolutely Stellar the rooms are amazing the service is great the bar is awesome it is a class act all the way and around every corner is an even better experience the gym is awesome the courtyard is soothing the rooms are great and modern I can't say enough about this place antenna front desk is absolutely the bomb

This is by far the BEST hotel experience I've ever had since I was a little kid !! let me start by saying this is not a fake review or a review made by an employee , I booked a night at this hotel on Saturday for my kids and God kids, the room was so amazing I had to book another night. but it's not even just the room, the main thing was the customer service! There was a African American guy with glasses and African American woman working with long locs in her hair at the front desk when I first came , customer service was amazing! When I thought I was being annoying, the woman and man assured me I was not a bother at all and they were literally more than happy to help me with everything I needed! The housekeepers, an African American woman with beautiful teeth and Hispanic woman with nice eyebrows , all had great attitudes, they look like they love their job and they aren't just working because they have to! There was a Caucasian bartender with short blond hair , ANAZING service! Everybody was so nice I never had been to a place where ever single person was nice and had great patience. Food was amazing , they have different events in the lobby like it was Jazz night when I was there, it was amazing, the best experience ever, I am never booking another hotel as long as I am near Chesapeake, the aloft hotel is MY hotel! Thank you employees for being the best and making my stay unforgettable, please show your boss this so you all CAN GET A RAISE BECASUE YOU DESERVE IT!!!!

Needed a last minute hotel and would definitely stay here again. Everything was so clean and smelled so fresh. Ms. Daphenie and her coworker were so friendly and helpful as well. The lounge area is so cute!

This hotel was perfectly located and the vibe was great! he lobby area was fun. The bar and food was good. The customer service was awesome at the front desk and the bar. Very courteous and accommodating. We will totally make this our spot when we are in Chesapeake. Thank you.

Sarah and Angela totally take care of us. We had such a good time here. The rooms were awesome and they also were super modern and my family and friends were impressed. I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a great time staying here. We even did their sip and paint on Friday. Will definitely stay again. The only problem with our room was the water came out of the shower and wet up the whole bathroom floor.

I know the new trend is pumping oxygen and different "scents" to enhance the guests experience. However when the scent reminds you of dead flowers its a little hard to digest. Go for something like a "clean linen" smell instead. They stay was great but the halls smelled like dead flowers.

Such a wonderful place to stay, and everyone who works there was an absolute delight! 10/10 definitely recommend, and I can not wait to book my next stay!

Great concept, very good customer service from most staff, love the rooms. This location is definitely geared toward a different demographic, doesn’t use name brand products, the hallways smell is overpowering to cover the weed smell, smells stay in the hall and not in the room, towels and bed linens need to be replaced, overall update needed. Every Aloft I’ve been in has a problem with the shower water leaking out and causing issues with the carpet in the bedroom or all over the floors and even leaking into the room below. Over I love the hotel, it’s pet friendly and great for our family though this location isn’t our favorite, we would love to see an update here.

First time staying at this hotel. I heard a lot about it. The hotel was vibrant and looked to have a lot of amenities. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. The elevators were a little slow, that was the only issue I had during my stay. Will stay here again in the near future.

The hotel was lovely, but what I really appreciate was the customer service after the stay. I left my glasses, and the hotel overnighted them to me, which saved me the headache of trying to get a new pair. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area! Also, the rooms were quite spacious.
